I made reservation as deluxe. but owner gave me superior. very small room. I asked why it is not same as my reservation. Owner told some people don't care about that. huh..What the... I have scooter. but not allow to park for car space. motobike zone has no cctv. because my bike is new one with no plate yet. I worry about to part with no cctv. Why can't park where I want? I pay the room, I can park anywhere in parking lot. Air conditioner has noise and draw up with ice and black water. A refrigerator has big ice. I can't make ice. Toilet has no fan. floor is not clean. sheet and pillow cover are clean. Staffs looks nice and talk nice. but... I don't feel like that. There is nothing else near by hotel.

I stayed in the Deluxe room. The big was big and comfortable, the TV was a smart TV with Netflix. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The room was really amazing for this price. No gym or pool but at the price that is to be expected. Location is a little far from the 'old town' area but only 70 baht in grab taxi. A great hotel in Lampang.

Nice and beautiful room, large enough, and a big comfortable bed. The bed very wonderful, very soft. I am happy stay here for future.

Bed is comfort, staff are nice. Highly recommended!
