A great hotel, somewhat off the beaten trail but convenient to the old city. Very helpful staff. We had a great buffet breakfast. There is parking on the grounds for four or five vehicles.

This hotel has the best location which near road and popular tourist attraction "Kad Kong Ta Street Market". Moreover, it has a good room, clean, air conditioner, water heater, fridge, television, and yummy breakfast. Overview, you can enjoy at lampang province and your budget will worth if you choose the hotel. Have a good trip.

This is an inexpensive and local hotel. Good central location in the old town of lampang. Very clean and staff are very friendly. Room facilities are everything that you'd need and has a very traditional feel. Great experience for the price.

Nice small hotel in town center. Very near Saturday Market Street. Owners are nice. Rooms are quite big, no luxury but clean. Very convenient for a short stay.

Location cannot get any better if you want to have one hundred cool things within walking distance. The location is close to everything. Staff is extremely friendly. If you are renting a scooter there is tons of gated secure parking available on site. As for the room itself. I had a Deluxe King Room. Not sure what was "deluxe" about it. I paid 580 baht per night for 8 nights (via Agoda). Room was adequate with a functioning air conditioning unit. Bed mattress was not very comfortable and plug locations for charging were not very convenient if you needed to be plugged in while laying in bed. Biggest negative was the shower water pressure as well as the sink tap. I am a guy with very short hair but if you are a woman with long hair, good luck washing it here. The shower alone is probably enough to keep me from staying again, BUT... I might forgive it since the location is tough to beat. Loved the location.

WOW incredible value for money guesthouse! The best part was the beautiful older lady called Kanchana! Kanchana has a warm heart and a love for Lampang. She is a real gem and gives the hotel a personal touch. We will stay here again in the future.

Good location. Near the weekend night market. I requested a big bed room but got a twin room. The layout of the room is very strange and bring an uncomfortable feeling. All the things they used in the room are lousy, plastic cups, paper dish, very low quality tissue paper, no brand bottled water etc. No buffet breakfast at all. The breakfast they provide is better than nothing. Not worth the money.

Rooms are very basic, no dressing table, no night table and light switches are very bad placed. No glass anymore, plastic ones. Good breakfast disappeared. No fried eggs anymore, no warm food anymore, very basic cheap toasts, a rice soup if you wish. No coffee cups anymore, paper ones. The hotel's amenities are becoming cheap, the price still the same. Excepted the situation you can find better for the same price in Lampang.

Good rooms, good location but a shocking use of plastic. Small cubes of butter and jam in individual plastic tubs and two slices of bread were even wrapped together in a plastic bag. It is no excuse to blame Covid, please strive to be plastic free - it is a good selling point for tourists

Small clean hotel. Locate near weekend night market and local market.

Just spend the night here to continue our journey the next morning. It has a small parking, our large room was spacious and clean.

New and clean room with air con, hot shower, including hot local brf.which was not spicy. They had fresh fruit, hot drinks and jam and butter for toast. Old lady who owns this place helps me to go around town by her own car during my stay. Hotel front staff are helpful. I called them to make urgent booking of 2 rooms at 10 pm. cause our taxi arrived earlier at 3am. than expected arrival time in the morning. We got same roo rate as booking through agoda, not walk-in rate. And I like this hotel cat they keep. It was friendly yellow and white cat. The location is good. Opposite side on the left is a big phamacy. I walked for 5 minutes to Kad Kong Ta, the walking street that opens on weekends evening, selling hot food and all kinds of things local. And I walked for 5 minutes to Kad Aomsin, cheapest local market with ready to eat food and evening food court.,(Tarad To Rung). Museum Lampang and horse taxi station are also right there, next to the market. Sam-lo or motor bike with side wagon serves as old city taxi. Can't run on highway. Good for going to temples or local restaurants in the old city area. If you want to travel far away, use song taew or pick-up truck with cab, just talk to the driver about the price or use Grab taxi or Bolt taxi. In late evening both of these app. may not be helpful if you are outside of the city and want to get back to hotel. I myself tried to use. Grab to get a ride and failed. So to ask for mobile no. of. song taew drivers is a good idea. Call them to pick you up. Ask the thais near you to talk on the phone for the details and price if you need help out there.
