As long as it involves an accident at work and settlement via the BG, everything is fine. But as soon as you show up as a 'normal mortal', the treatment is more than questionable. I have had occasional burning and pressure pain on the outside of my right foot for around 3 months now. The trigger was an 'work accident' which I unfortunately ignored. Only a few x-rays were taken and unfortunately during the patient consultation I was told a lot of technical jargon and the statement "It could take a while!" thrown at the head. After or DURING the treatment discussion, I was allowed to listen to anecdotes about the diesel discussion, his private car and my employer. Well, that also explains the almost extremely long waiting time! In the meantime I made an appointment with another doctor, who immediately talked about an MRI so that I could take a closer look. I will collect the documents for the treatment today and clarify with the health insurance company which steps I can and may take to change. I will also discuss this case with my employer because I no longer want to go to this accident doctor.

Very long waiting times despite an appointment. I have the feeling that Dr. Horneff is reluctant to actually examine his patients. After you've explained to him where it hurts, he just sits in his chair and explains in a condescending tone that exercise helps keep your musculoskeletal system in good shape. Then you are sent home without an examination, with two dislocated thoracic vertebrae and pain. The doctor is as unnecessary as the visit you pay him...

The only thing this practice deserves a star for is the medical assistants. Technical terms are thrown around that no normal person understands, the doctor refused to carry out the procedure and we would wait 1 1/2 hours and be sent away for an ultrasound. You don't even get a hello from him. Unfriendly and I didn't get the feeling that he even cared about what was going on with his patients.

What you can't complain about: the waiting time was pleasantly short. What you can't say is that you have the feeling of being taken seriously, or even being examined. I can't say whether it's because you're a statutory health insurance patient, but when the doctor speaks directly about "no activism", then it's a bit surprising.

1 Stern ist noch zu viel!! Ich habe trotz Termin ewig warten müssen. Kam dann zu Herrn Horneff, dieser gab mir die Hand und meinte:"Oh du verzieht gar nicht dein Gesicht, so schlimm kanns ja nicht sein.." Das wars auch schon an Untersuchung... Es sei nur Überbelasung und würde wieder weg gehen.. War dann bei einem anderen Arzt welcher feststellte (bei einer richtigen Untersuchung!), dass sich mein Handgelenksknochen zersetzt!! Und ich unbedingt Operiert werden muss.. Diesem Arzt sollte die Lizenz entzogen werden!!!

I had my wrist operated on by Dr.Horneff a few years ago, the worst decision of my life!!! He made the cut wrong and I've been in pain ever since. He said it was “normal” All the doctors who looked at my wrist were amazed at how he operated on me and really explained to me what he hadn't done.

After an emergency operation on October 3rd, 2022 (left OSG dislocation fracture) in the Schönklinik Lorsch, Dr. Buchcik, MVZ Lorsch, took over the aftercare. I was very satisfied with both the operation and the aftercare. Everyone involved was very competent, friendly and sensitive. A big thank you to Dr. Buchcik and his team. Everyone is always helpful and friendly (even in stressful times). THANK YOU ❤️❤️

Schon das telefon da könnte ich ecplodieten..... Geht keiner ran.... Hab mich dann damit abgefunden auf diesesn Anrufbeantworter zu reden. Und was passiert nix es ruft keiner zurück noch das einer das erledigt hat was man da rauf gequatscht hat. Obwohl meine Ärztin gesagt hat draufreden dascwird dann schon erledigt.... Ja nix wird erlefigt.

I had a small umbilical hernia, which was diagnosed by Dr Horneff's representative and was supposed to stay at home for six weeks so that it healed on its own and have an initial check-up after two weeks. During the check-up, Dr Horneff brazenly accused me of malingering to avoid having to work, sent me back to work and allowed me to go straight back to the gym with full commitment. About 2-3 weeks later I had to go to the hospital at night and have an emergency operation the next morning because my unimaginable umbilical hernia had completely erupted and a cyst had formed underneath it. Thanks for nothing, this doctor should lose his license.

I went to the doctor today and was completely disappointed. Just because I couldn't answer his question correctly, he started talking to me about the Ukrainian war or rather about politics, he wanted to discuss it with me and was very aggressive. This is my first time Happened.
