After thinking about it for a while, I swapped my iPhone 13 Pro for an iPhone 14 Pro. The aspect of the better camera ultimately convinced me. I received competent advice at the apple store and received a much better offer for my old iPhone than at the Apple Store. I'll come back with the iPhone 15 ;)!

Not long ago I traded in my old iPhone for a new iPhone 14 using the trade-in promotion. But the general prices and the features of the refurbished Macs are also absolutely okay! I will definitely get my next Mac there. I received really good advice and on top of that the owner of the shop is also really cool on a human level. Definitely worth a visit!

I can recommend the apple shop with a clear conscience. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro 2018 with a 1 year warranty. I received very good advice at the local store. The owner knows his craft and is also a very pleasant person. The service is simply great. I had problems with the keyboard, but these were resolved within a very short time under warranty. Communication went perfectly via calls, emails and WhatsApp :)

Thank you very much, I was able to exchange an old iMac for hobby purposes with a “new old” iMac at what I think is a very fair price. Top advice, no talk of potentially more lucrative products (from the seller's perspective) and the offer of being able to exchange the cheaper Mac solution if it doesn't work. Conclusion: everything worked great and when I killed the operating system just 3 hours later (my own fault) I was helped promptly and unbureaucratically.
