Probably still the best shopping mall in Chiangmai but just by a wisker. The very many small Thai food stalls make this place well worth a visit and the large usual retail outlets in the car park are very good. They could do with a couple of transportation golf carts to help people around the massive outdoor car park... We often spend a couple of hours shopping inside and do a restaurant usually...

A really well run and staffed store. I have used the Chiang Mai branch for over 10 years, but after moving to Lamphun and using this store multiple times during my house build I feel the need to compliment the staff on a super well run store. It is quite a contrast to the Chiang Mai branch - very attentive staff (nobody on phones or stood in groups chatting), very well organised shelves/stock (including the "warehouse"), AC that is actually cool, and an overall pleasant vibe (if that is possible in a shop!). The staff seem happy in doing a good job. Wow. I write this after about my 5th visit - I had to wait to see if such good service and vibe was actually real! During today's visit I asked for the location of something and was showed the way by a helpful young man who literally ran over to me to when I indicated I needed help, and then on purchasing a large tub of paint was accompanied to the car and had it lifted in. I am far from infirm, but this is, as he explained to me, store policy, and he was happy to help. Wow!

product varieties is good. price is competitive. payment method is more flexible than DoHome. staff is generally nice and helpful.

Absolutly uncompetent super bad service

Cashier poor service!!

Even though I live closer to the Chiang Mai branch I feel their service was far more helpful here. "Ki" (like kaprow gai) personally made sure this old farang was completely taken care of. The staff was very good natured as they wrapped each of my tiles securely, making sure I would get them home safely. Ki accompanied me out to the car and made sure it packed safely. Their kindness and customer care was so high that I will always travel the extra distance to shop there.
