I ❤ this place, they treat you not like a customer but as friend some treat you as family. I have not experienced a bad day there, I love all of their stories they tell! We are always chit chating about almost everything customer service is always off the chain (enjoyable). They are very informative about all German/US appliances, and the places in germany to visit. Because this is our first time in germany we love to know the culture and travel around to scenic areas. So thank you for all employees and managers keep up the amazing atmosphere!

Small yet you will find what you need. Employees are very kind and polite. Definitely under paid.

Staff are friendly and it's always clean. Limited selection in store however, so don't expect too much besides basics. At least you can order and ship to the store though.

The staff is great, but the selection is lacking. This is more of a mini mart / convince store than a true exchange. I rarely utilize the store because it seems they never have what I need.

Just moved to the Netherlands from US and figured shopping on base would be the smart option for us being so new to the area, boy was I wrong! Bought a TV here and the screen was shattered upon opening. Tried to exchange it and they say it was my fault, that I broke it..no refund and now I have to buy a new TV through them. I definatly do NOT want my money going to them after how they treated this. I will never be shopping there again and will be telling everyone I know to not do business with them. I really dislike that it was our word against thiers..discusting.
