No saus BBQ, no extra cheese, wrong drink. If you want something eat, think twice. You won't get what you gonna order.

I went through the drive through for a shake and a burger. It took 20 minutes. Food was good and the people polite… Just way to slow

Ordered the usual Variety box, it tastes as good as other Dutch KFCs, the navigation there let you drive in via the exit, the entrance is behind the restaurant. It will be great if it will open till 11pm, my friends would love to go there after snowboarding in the Snowworld which closes at 10pm.

Schlecht der Manager hat nicht zu gehört obwohl ich ein Haar in dem essen von meiner Tochter hatte im Gegenteil er hat gesagt ich habe es selber da rein gemacht ein schwarzes langes Haar mein Tochter ist blond und ich hab keine lange Haare unglaublich der Laden total schmutzig die Tische werden nicht sauber gemacht ich hab nicht ein Tisch gefunden wo mann essen konnte vor lauter Dreck und Mülleimer war auch alle voll hat sich auch keiner drum gekümmert. Was ein drecksladen nie wieder geh ich dahin .

You should watch out: If you order your food online and by one or other reason got a massage from KFC that somthing went wrong with your order while you already pay and they are sorry and you will get your money back in 5 days ,then be sure is a lie. I am busy already 3 month to get back my money but as.ho. people from customer service shuffeld my money in their as. And they dont want to pay me back. off course i will get back my money by the court of low! So .i warned you enough. Franch frise is horrible ,iit is not eatable.

We waited for one hour to get our food, and not even a ‘sorry’ or an explanation, only ‘it’s very busy’…

Had to wait like 25min for a drive through order.

There is no play area for children. Everybody works very slowly. You have to wait a long time for your order. Dirty bathroom.

Staff are not forthcoming, not proactive, they see you at the counter and just simply ignore you for 5 minutes. They appear to assume that anything a customer needs, can and will be communicated through the electronic ordering platforms. Guess what: customers still may require assistance from actual people from time to time... Otherwise: the food tasted great! 🙂👍🏻

Female staff member rude, disintrested and failed to complete my order, qhenni brought it to her attention that she had not included my zinger burger, i got attitude. Love KFC, but this type of customer service does harm their brand.

Nice place but furniture inside was a bit greasy. Food was ok… just missed one ingredient. Parking has absolutely no shadows.

Standard KFC franchise. But...... NO MASH AND GRAVY!!!!???? NO CHILLI SALT!!!!???? but otherwise it's pretty good.

Horrible waiting time and horrible fried chicken, i often by Heerlen but recently this branch opened and it is near me , however it is dirty confused employee waiting for ever, the staff talking to each other and loudly lauagh and distracted to help customers,seemed to me not serious employees and others are not qualified, my order was served with finger prints all over my shake , employee don't mind to touch the food with exposed hands . I have been, there three times, everytime something bad had to be ,like no soap in the toilet.and soo on .

Price wise, I think KFC here is little over-rated in comparison to KFC branches in other countries, also it is not proper to provide a meal without a single dip.. it's not a good idea to charge customers for every single small request.

Food is good and the place is clean. Even warm water in the restroom for washing hands is a nice touch. The 1th order machine is placed somewhat in the wrong place because the automatic doors constantly open when someone is ordering from it letting a gust of cold air in.

Nice new KFC with friendly staff 👍 quite small so not a lot of seating area but that's okay. Unfortunately some of the chicken was not okay; I've never eaten cardboard but it must taste something like that. Plus our burgers were cold. We spoke to the staff about it and they were kind enough to give us a discount card. I'm confident this was a one-off and it won't happen again, but we'll see. We'll try again soon.

The service is slow. Chicken is not very warm by the time it gets to you. So slow and uninterested personnel. Fed up with lukewarm chicken and fries. They really need to shake up their personnel in this establishment. Terrible service

First visit to this KFC, place was not crowded, toilets were decent, employees are nice, food was hot and freshly prepared. The only thing was that they had no other sides besides fries. So hopefully that will be available next time 😄
