"Genervte aggressive Verkäuferin". I love shopping, but to this store i will never come again.... Me and my boyfriend needed to buy a gift for his mother A.S.A.P. Due to our working hours we came 30 min.before they close. I choose a purse and all I needed more was a Lipstick. I even knew what color, which label and so on. I asked one staff lady for a price because I already spent like 5min to find it and there was no information anywhere. Lady came and started talking nervously that they are closing in a moment and she doesn't have time. I've told her i need only price. She asked us to leave again. So, so rude... Than she was yelling we needed to left from the left side, but we need to get to classier and we still had 5 min.and there were still customers buying. I don't understand this drama lady but I also won't bother her anymore for sure. Vielen dank ;)

Great place to go shopping. There are 4 different levels that have things like clothes, decorations, electronics, and sports apparel. It is super busy most of the time, but they have a lot of options. They also have a restaurant on the top floor.

I often find products of higher quality at reasonable price as they have in specialised stores. Staff is friendly but mostly low profile/have no clue of their products/cannot explain differences

The people who work here should get a personality adjustment. I work in a high end work place and have for about 7 years now ( Nyc, Orlando, Munich....etc...). One might not know it, because well, frankly...when i go shopping i dont put on my MAX AZRIA BOOTS AND PRADA DRESS, but you might think by the way your treated here you should be, if you want to be treated kindly. Also, maybe because.....oh....IM NOT GERMAN.

Very qualitative goods, seems they were selected by somebody before to be exposed for sale. The personnel is very kind to help and to solve your demand.

A nice big-ish shop, never too busy with people, so it's always relaxing to shop here. Plus the staff is very nice, friendly and chatty. That's a nice change to the ignorance of the big city.
