Ich
habe
gute
Erfahrungen
mit
dem
MVZ
gemacht.
Ich
hatte
vor
einigen
Monaten
plötzlich
auftretende
Sehstörungen
und
mein
regulärer
Augenarzt
hat
mir
am
Telefon
gesagt,
dass
er
keine
Notfälle
behandelt,
und
ich
doch
woanders
hingehen
soll.
Man
kann
jetzt
nicht
sagen,
dass
die
Dame
am
Telefon
im
MVZ
vor
Freude
über
meinen
Notfall
übergesprudelt
ist,
als
ich
angerufen
habe,
aber
sie
hat
mich
aufgenommen
und
mir
einen
Zeitraum
genannt,
an
dem
ich
vorbeikommen
konnte.
Es
war
ziemlich
voll,
vor
allem
auch
wegen
der
gleichzeitig
stattfinden
Impfungen.
Trotzdem
war
noch
genug
Platz,
dass
man
Abstand
halten
und
sich
sicher
fühlen
konnte.
Ich
muss
sagen,
dass
alle,
mit
denen
ich
zu
tun
hatte,
sehr
freundlich
waren.
Vor
allem
Frau
Doktor
Prüßt
(ich
hoffe,
das
schreibt
man
so).
Ich
habe
selten
so
eine
freundliche
und
nette
Ärztin
kennengelernt,
die
sich
wirklich
alles
angehört
und
eine
gründliche
Untersuchung
vorgenommen
hat.
Sie
konnte
mir
auch
gut
die
Sorgen
nehmen.
Wirklich
zu
empfehlen.
Insgesamt
war
ich
als
Notfallpatientin
ohne
regulären
Termin
1,5
Stunden
in
der
Praxis,
was
wirklich
völlig
in
Ordnung
ist.
Einen
Punkt
ziehe
ich
ab,
da
man
aufgrund
der
Wartezeiten
für
reguläre
Termine
(zehn
Monate)
nicht
weiß,
bei
welchem
Arzt
man
landen
wird.
Ich
würde
gerne
bei
der
netten
Ärztin
bleiben,
aber
vermutlich
sehe
ich
bei
jedem
Termin
einen
anderen.

I
have
had
good
experiences
with
the
MVZ.
I
had
vision
problems
a
few
months
ago
and
my
regular
eye
doctor
told
me
on
the
phone
that
he
doesn't
treat
emergencies
and
that
I
should
go
somewhere
else.
You
can't
say
that
the
lady
on
the
phone
at
the
MVZ
was
overjoyed
at
my
emergency
when
I
called,
but
she
picked
me
up
and
gave
me
a
time
frame
by
which
I
could
get
by.
It
was
pretty
full,
especially
because
of
the
vaccinations
taking
place
at
the
same
time.
Nevertheless,
there
was
still
enough
space
to
keep
your
distance
and
feel
safe.
I
have
to
say
that
everyone
I
dealt
with
was
very
friendly.
Especially
Mrs.
Doctor
Prüßt
(I
hope
that's
how
it's
spelled).
I
have
rarely
met
such
a
friendly
and
nice
doctor
who
really
listened
to
everything
and
did
a
thorough
examination.
She
was
also
good
at
taking
my
worries
away.
Really
recommend.
All
in
all,
as
an
emergency
patient
without
a
regular
appointment,
I
was
in
the
practice
for
1.5
hours,
which
is
really
fine.
I
deduct
one
point
because
you
don't
know
which
doctor
you'll
end
up
with
due
to
the
waiting
times
for
regular
appointments
(ten
months).
I
would
like
to
stay
with
the
nice
doctor,
but
I
probably
see
a
different
one
at
every
appointment.
