My recent stay was completely hassle free, the reception were friendly and helpful. Check in was simple. Free WiFi in the room. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and the shower was very powerful. Nighttime was quite so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was.. European. Coffee machines are free to use all day and night. When checking out reception called me a taxi (which was strange because that's not my name)(😂). And the location is spot on.

While the rooms were a bit dated and a little dirty, the breakfast was amazing. The view from our room was perfect. The AC didn't work well BUT we were able to open our window and hear the sound of the river behind the hotel. I can't wait to come back someday!

Check under the bed as soon as you enter the room. I think it has not been cleaned for several months. You can not walk around the room barefoot because it is very dirty. There are no slippers from the hotel, take them from home. Spiders, cobwebs, dust, horror. The same case was in 2 other rooms. The location and staff are great. I think 4 stars is a lot for this hotel. Also the price is not appropriate with the terms it offers.

Schönes Hotel direkt an der Isar und 200 m von der Altstadt entfernt. Freundliches und nettes Personal das auf wünsche und Bedürfnisse eingeht. Schöne Zimmer die nach dem Umbau hoffentlich etwas moderner Eingerichtet werden. Parkplätze am Hotel und in der Tiefgarage. Da ich morgens nicht Frühstücken konnte gab es immer ein tolles Lunchpaket zum Mitnehmen. Komme gerne wieder und erhoffe mir nach dem Umbau noch etwas mehr Qualität.

Good for one night stay. Good location, nice staff. Clean room, sheets and towels. A bit old bathroom, you can easily see it. Ventilation was not working neither the AC.

Schlechter Service, Zimmer werden nur auf Anfrage aufgeräumt, trotz Anfrage wurde nicht aufgeräumt, Klimaanlage scheint nicht zu gehen, Duschbereich nicht dicht, heute kein Milchkaffee zum Frühstück… Sauna und Fitness geschlossen… Für die mehr als 200€ pro Nacht VIEL ZU WENIG Gegenwert. The net connection is worse, breakfast 19 euros, parking fee 8 euros per day. Short stay is fine, quite, nice location, nice service, soft bed. Over 3 days will be painful.

Man merkt, dass sich das Hotel mitten in einem Firmierungs- und Generationenwechsel befindet. Einige Zimmer sind veraltet und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Andere sind bereits renoviert und modern. Ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher junger Mann am Empfang! Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, der Preis von 19€ pro Kopf ist in meinen Augen jedoch zu hoch. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere gute Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Altstadt auf der anderen Seite der Isar. Das WLAN bricht zeitweise ab und ist alles andere als schnell. Für private Zwecke absolut ausreichend. Dienstlich jedoch nicht. Wir hatten zwei gute renovierte Zimmer im 3. OG. In einem drückt die Lüftung im Bad zeitweise alten Rauchgeruch ins Zimmer. Man merkt dadurch, dass es früher ein Raucherhotel war. Die Lüftungsanlage sollte dringend gereinigt werden! Das Management hat sich selbst davon überzeugt. Jetzt liegt es an Ihnen. Die Sauna befindet sich noch in Renovierung und ist nicht nutzbar. Uns wurden dafür Gutscheine für eine nahegelegene Alternative überreicht. Dankeschön dafür! Die Parkgarage finde ich mit 8€ am Tag ebenfalls zu teuer. Ja, das Fahrzeug steht sicher, aber mit breiteren Fahrzeugen als noch in den 90ern ist das schon eine sehr enge Geschichte. 5€ pro Tag/Nacht wären angemessen. Die Zimmerreinigung gibt es nur auf Wunsch. Das finde ich OK, wenn man an die Nachhaltigkeit denkt. Dann sollten die Reinigungskräfte aber wenigstens im übrigen Gebäude regelmäßig Staubablagerungen oder Spinnenweben entfernen. Stichwort: Professionalität. Es gibt immer etwas auszusetzen. Das Hotel ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her insgesamt jedoch völlig angemessen. Einige Stellschrauben müssen noch angepasst werden, aber der positive Wechsel ist sichtbar. Macht weiter so! Aber nicht stehen bleiben, sondern weiter entwickeln!

Sehr tolle Lage. Nur 2 Gehminuten zur Altstadt. Tiefgarage kostet leider Aufpreis (8€/Tag) Der Service könnte besser sein. Für eine Buchung 2 Erwachsene 1 Kind benötigt man noch ein kostenpflichtiges Beistellbett. Die Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig.

Super zentrale Lage, einwandfreie Garagenplätze. Zimmer schön, aber Badzimmer veraltet und Silberfischchen verkehrten am Boden. Eine Ersatz-WC-Rolle wäre auch schön gewesen. Von einem 4**** Hotel erwarte ich auch ein bereit gestelltes Mineral; nicht mal die Minibar war gefüllt. Wellness- und Fitnessbereich wegen Umbau geschlossen, was aber bei der Reservierung nicht mitgeteilt wurde.

Angefangen mit Service und Standort war das Hotel überragend, wir waren hier 3 Tage zu Besuch um uns München und die Therme Erding anzusehen, was wundervoll funktioniert hat. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und auf Wunsch wurde das Zimmer, während unserer Abwesenheit makellos gereinigt. Bemängeln kann Ich nur 2 Dinge im Zimmer, auf einer Seite gab es keinen Nachtschrank und es gibt keine Zentrale Lampe. Hierbei beziehe Ich mich allerdings auf das Zimmer Nr. 119, andere habe Ich nicht besucht. Ein Highlight ist definitiv das Frühstück, mit 19€ p. P. hat es auch seinen Preis, ist es aber definitiv wert wie man auf den Bildern sieht. Insgesamt für seinen Preis ein tolles Hotel, gerne wieder.

Auf den ersten Blick gut, bei genauerem Hinsehen merkt man aber, dass doch der Lack ab ist. Das Schlimmste war aber, dass die Lüftung (vom Bad?) die ganze Nacht über laut war. Mag aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer verschieden sein.

Nicely nestled along the river. Great rooms and breakfast is brilliant. Lots of options. And since it's in the middle of town it's very easy to get around and sightsee. Definitely would recommend.

everything is fine but the room was terribly isolated so that you wake up at 5am due to the cars in the nearby street

I spent one night at the hotel for business purpose. I found the hotel to be in a good position, close to the city center and easy to reach if you have a car. If you have a car consider to use the hotel parking lot located in the basement, as it's not easy to find a parking place around. The room i slept in was clean and very bright thanks to the big window, and i really appreciated the fact that carpet floor was replaced by hard floor. The breakfast buffet was well furnished.

The hotel is fairly nice, but my bathroom had this odd mildewy smell to it that wouldn't go away. Wish there were better storage units for clothes, as my stay was for 9 days. Otherwise this hotel could easily be a solid 4. Breakfast is pretty good though, and the staff are nice. Parking is under the hotel in a garage, but space is limited. The location to the old town is also pretty excellent. I love how I can walk to anywhere from here.

Nice hotel, great location. Buffet is very good. There have been some recent renovations, would like to see bathroom renovations in the room next. Could use some TLC there.

I liked the location, and the size of the room, but that was about it. The hotel feels very dated, and the bathrooms are very tiny. Our main shower head was broken. Checking out took a very long time, and they tried to charge me for my entire stay a second time, even though it was prepaid.

Everything at Michel Hotel Landshut is worth 5 stars - check-in, rooms, beds (and pillows!), location, breakfast, and the friendly and helpful receptionist. Kudos?

Centrally located, Michel Hotel Landshut offers modern comforts to travellers. Reception was friendly and very helpful, parking is available, the breakfast with a wide choice of breakfast food.

The hotel and the rooms require a lot of updating, as they are over 30 years old as the pictures show. First Hotel in my life where I decided to leave, irrespective of the money. Mold, dirt and grime that cannot be cleaned out anymore. Service was good, as we had gotten the refund straight away. Alternative rooms were offered but were just slightly better for a family of 4.Location is also great.
