I
visited
this
practice
today
for
the
5th
of
my
total
of
six
prescribed
therapy
units;
I
had
my
first
appointment
almost
3
weeks
ago,
the
intern
welcomed
me
warmly
at
the
counter
and
explained
the
basics
to
me.
On
a
tablet,
which
he
stuck
out
for
me
under
the
plexiglass
pane
on
the
counter,
he
had
me
digitally
sign
what
he
presented
to
me
in
summary
form.
From
then
on,
the
therapy
units
were
friendly
and
the
therapists
did
a
good
job.
Today
a
young
lady
"welcomed"
me
at
the
bar,
who
suddenly,
as
if
we'd
had
a
lot
of
clashes
and
knew
each
other,
suddenly
struck
me,
dictating,
"It
would
be
high
time
that
I
finally
got
mine
Pay
the
fees
for
the
co-payment
"..."
I
would
be
here
for
the
fifth
time
and
it
would
not
go
on
like
this
".
At
first
I
was
puzzled
because
I
didn't
know
what
she
was
talking
about
(especially
since
it
gave
me
the
impression
that
this
was
a
permanently
unsolved
problem
with
me)
and
wanted
to
have
it
explained
to
me.
She
did
not
seem
to
want
to
believe
my
ignorance
about
this,
repeated
herself
again
in
horror
at
my
probably
unheard
of
inquiries
and
became
louder
and
more
assertive.
She
instructed
me
imperiously
that
I
already
knew
exactly
what
she
was
talking
about
-
especially
since
I
had
"signed
yes
for
this
(on
the
tablet)";
She
said
that
to
me
several
times
(!!!).
I
replied
that
it
could
be
because
the
intern
hadn't
asked
me
to
pay
and
had
forgotten
this
as
an
explanation
-
or
the
other
way
around,
I
might
have
forgotten
it
(although
at
the
first
appointment
Had
money).
Both
are
generally
possible.
In
addition,
"I
know
very
well
how
it
would
work
here,
especially
since
I
was
here
before
(1.5
years
ago)".
Because
of
the
horror
that
was
brought
towards
me,
I
asked
why,
if
so
bad,
no
one
had
approached
me
about
the
outstanding
payment
at
the
2nd,
3rd,
4th
appointment.
She
said
she
didn't
know
who
had
received
me,
but
it
didn't
matter
because
she
was
me
now
and
I
was
supposed
to
pay.
Also
in
me
the
anger
rose
up
over
this
cheeky
and
v.A.
uncompromising
way
of
communication.
A
battle
of
words
developed
in
which
I
asked
her
not
to
continue
speaking
to
me
like
that.
I
asked
what
she
allowed
herself
to
deal
with
me
like
that.
I
got
the
impression
that
she
took
pleasure
in
decrying
me
in
the
"semi-public
area"
at
the
counter
in
front
of
the
waiting
room
as
the
"bill
cheater
/
fee
cheater"
and
reprimanding
me.
"You
have
signed
it
and
so
you
know
what
it
is
about".
After
the
appointment
I
took
the
€
22.99,
paid,
had
what
I
had
signed
before
the
first
appointment
printed
out
(why
don't
you
give
the
customer
what
he
has
signed?)
And
canceled
the
last
appointment.
Dear
TMPHYSIO
team,
my
suggestion
to
you:
Regardless
of
whether
the
intern
communicated
incorrectly
or
I
forgot
to
pay
-
is
it
normal
to
deal
with
his
counterpart
in
this
way?
I
generally
expect
a
polite
reminder
to
pay
the
fees
now.
What
your
receptionist
in
the
area
in
front
of
the
counter,
everything
cheeky,
bossy,
uncompromising,
threw
at
me
in
a
way
as
if
we
had
known
each
other
personally
for
a
long
time
or
you
had
already
sent
me
countless
reminders,
I
feel
to
be
bottomless
cheek;
I
can't
remember
ever
having
been
reprimanded
in
such
a
clumsy
way
by
a
third
party
with
no
right
to
polite
clarification.
The
way
in
which
I
was
met
here
is
-
completely
-
unacceptable
to
me,
I
have
never
experienced
it
before
and
will
certainly
no
longer
lead
me
to
your
practice.
(Original)
Ich
besuchte
heute
diese
Praxis
zur
5.
meiner
insgesamt
sechs
verschriebenen
Therapieeinheiten;
meinen
ersten
Termin
hatte
ich
vor
knapp
3
Wochen,
der
Praktikant
empfing
mich
freundlich
am
Tresen,
erklärte
mir
Grundsätzliches.
Auf
einem
Tablet,
welches
er
mir
unter
der
Plexiglasscheibe
am
Tresen
hindurchstreckte,
liess
er
mich
digital
unterschreiben,
was
er
mir
in
etwa
inhaltlich
zusammengefasst
vortrug.
Die
Therapieeinheiten
verliefen
fortan
freundlich,
die
Therapeuten
leisteten
gute
Arbeit.
Heute
"empfing"
mich
eine
junge
Dame
am
Tresen,
die
mich
wie
von
Sinnen
-
als
ob
wir
schon
öfters
aneinander
geraten
wären
und
wir
uns
kennen
würden
-
urplötzlich
harsch
diktierend
anpflaumte,
"es
wäre
jetzt
aber
mal
allerhöchste
Zeit,
dass
ich
endlich
mal
meine
Gebühren
für
den
Eigenanteil
bezahle"...
"ich
wäre
jetzt
schon
das
Fünfte
Mal
da
und
so
ginge
es
jetzt
nicht
mehr
weiter".
Ich
war
im
ersten
Moment
verdutzt,
da
ich
nicht
wusste,
wovon
sie
sprach
(zumal
es
mir
den
Anschein
erweckte,
als
ob
dies
ein
dauerhaft
ungelöstes
Problem
mit
mir
sei)
und
wollte
es
mir
erklären
lassen.
Sie
schien
mir
meine
Unwissenheit
hierzu
wohl
nicht
glauben
zu
wollen,
wiederholte
sich
abermals
entsetzt
über
mein
wohl
unerhörtes
Nachfragen
und
wurde
lauter
und
bestimmter.
Sie
belehrte
mich
herrisch,
dass
ich
schon
genau
wisse
wovon
sie
spreche
-
zumal
ich
"ja
hierfür
(auf
dem
Tablet)
unterschrieben
hatte";
das
sagte
sie
mir
mehrfach
(!!!)
.Ich
erwiderte,
dass
es
daran
liegen
könnte,
dass
mich
der
Praktikant
nicht
zur
Zahlung
aufgefordert
und
dies
als
Erläuterung
vergessen
hatte
-
oder
andersrum
ich
es
ja
auch
vergessen
haben
könnte
(wobei
ich
beim
ersten
Termin
Geld
dabei
hatte).
Beides
generell
möglich.
Ausserdem
"wisse
ich
sehr
wohl,
wie
es
hier
ablaufen
würde,
zumal
ich
ja
schonmal
(vor
1,5
Jahren)
hier
war".
Ich
fragte
aufgrund
des
mir
entgegen
gebrachten
Entsetzens
nach,
warum
mich
denn
wenn
so
schlimm
beim
2.,
3.,
4.
Termin
niemand
auf
die
ausstehende
Zahlung
angesprochen
hatte.
Sie
sagte,
das
wisse
sie
nicht,
wer
mich
da
empfangen
hatte,
es
sei
aber
auch
egal,
da
sie
jetzt
da
sei
ich
und
ich
zahlen
solle.
Auch
in
mir
stieg
die
Wut
auf
über
diese
freche
und
v.A.
kompromisslose
Art
der
Kommunikation.
Es
entwickelte
sich
ein
Wortgefecht,
bei
dem
ich
sie
aufforderte,
nicht
weiterhin
mit
mir
so
zu
sprechen.
Ich
fragte,
was
sie
sich
erlaube,
mit
mir
so
umzugehen.
Für
mich
erweckte
sich
der
Eindruck,
dass
sie
Gefallen
daran
fand,
mich
im
"halböffentlichen
Bereich"
am
Tresen
vor
dem
Wartezimmer
ggf.
für
jedermann
ersichtlich
als
den
"Zechpreller/Gebührenpreller"
zu
dekradieren
und
zurechtzuweisen.
"Sie
haben
das
unterschrieben
und
wissen
somit,
worum
es
geht".
Nach
dem
Termin
holte
ich
die
22,99
€,
bezahlte,
liess
mir
ausdrucken,
was
ich
vor
dem
ersten
Termin
unterschrieben
hatte
(wieso
händigen
Sie
dem
Kunden
eigtl.
nicht
aus,
was
er
unterschrieben
hat?)
und
sagte
den
letzten
Termin
ab.
Sehr
geehrtes
TMPHYSIO-Team,
meine
Anregung
an
Sie:
Egal
ob
der
Praktikant
fehlerhaft
kommuniziert
hat
oder
ich
das
Zahlen
vergessen
hatte
-
ist
es
normal,
so
mit
seinem
Gegenüber
umzugehen?
Ich
erwarte
mir
grundsätzlich
ein
höfliches
Erinnern,
nun
die
Gebühren
zu
begleichen.
Das,
was
mir
Ihre
Empfangsdame
im
Bereich
vor
dem
Tresen
alles
frech,
herrisch,
kompromisslos
entgegen
warf
in
einer
Art,
als
ob
wir
uns
persönlich
schon
lange
kennen
oder
Sie
mir
bereits
unzählige
Mahnungen
geschickt
hätte,
empfinde
ich
als
bodenlose
Frechheit;
ich
kann
mich
nicht
daran
erinnern,
überhaupt
jemals
schon
von
einem
Dritten
derart
plump
zurechtgewiesen
worden
zu
sein
mit
keinerlei
Recht
auf
höfliche
Klärung.
Die
Art
und
Weise,
wie
mir
hier
begegnet
wurde,
ist
für
mich
-
komplett
-
inakzeptabel,
habe
ich
bisher
noch
nie
erlebt
und
wird
mich
sicherlich
nicht
mehr
in
Ihre
Praxis
führen.
