Staff not polite and helpfull at all! My father that does not speak english well went there very tired and looking for a room. I talked to them over the phone asking questions about the rooms ,parking and price. And all of a sudden the worker got mad and told me they don't have a room for my father anymore. Disgraceful!

This place was excellent! My husband and I stopped here on a motorcycle road trip and we felt so welcome. The owner let us park our bikes in a small garage, which had a workshop to grease our chains, etc. This was perfect because it rained over night. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing! Super nice service and seemed very family friendly. We really felt at home :) The room was nice and clean with a small balcony. We slept with the balcony door open and it was nice to have some fresh air. The bed was also very comfortable! Lastly, we were not expecting such a lovely breakfast because it was so cheap, but just like the dinner, the breakfast was fantastic too! Fresh breads, meat, cheeses, yogurt and so much more. Don't hesitate to stay at this hotel!

We visited this place to eat. The hotel/restaurant is located in an alley close to the main street. You won't choose this location for the view but for the food. The chef was able to manage dietary requirements without problems and the food was great. The price was friendly. Our only remark is that the coffee could be a bit stronger (also in the ice coffee).

By far the best German food in the region!

First and foremost, the food was really good. We had a Schnitzel and the salmon pasta. Both delicious and very generous portions, especially the low price considered. The service was good and the place was very clean. Our only gripe was that some staff members were very loud, which kind of disrupted our dinner. Apart from that, the place is definitely recommended.

An ordinary hotel for guests that don't wish to have too much luxury. Pretty close to Geiselwind amusement park, literally 15min by foot or 3min by car. Finding parking lots was quite of a hassle with a "larger" car. Another thing was the WiFi which kept lacking and especially in our room we didn't have any, but at least in the restaurant downstairs we could use it sorta well. Talking about the restaurant, it was a real good one with nice staff and very tasty meals. In the evening the guests tend to just randomly start socializing what was also very entertaining. A thing I didn't like that much was the set breakfast time (you gotta set a time you eat everyday). The restaurant itself is supposed to close by 10pm, yet whenever there are more visitors who built up a conversation they don't really set a closing time anymore and it ends up as open ending. All in one, enjoyable stay!

Quiet, tidy, decent, breakfast price very acceptable and good meal, would recommend. We had balcony, fridge, really no complaints.

Lovely people very helpful a good restaurant and a hood breakfast

Close to highway (2 km), parking place, WiFi is OK, food is nice and my room was big enough and clean. Good choice for overnight when driving along highway.
