One of the worst Customer service experiences Ever!!!! they pierced my wife's ears all crooked, when we told the lady that was piercing them her name was Diane and Allison was working that day too they didn't seem to realise their mistake and kept insisting its all good , later the store manager Leah acknowledged that its crooked and to our surprise blamed us for it saying that we wanted it that ways( not true). I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you want horrible , nightmarish not done right experience. Also after the bad piercing they were supposed to fix it the next day but Dianne told my wife to come back after 3 days they're also not serious and dont realise that they're dealing with actual humans and not a dummy so they should take their jobs more seriously and consider the human factor!

When did this store get so crazy expensive. I did the buy 3 get 2 free and it was still over $70 all 5 items were plastic cheap made brets.

The staff was very friendly at the start until you say no. I’m tired they push and push you to buy more stuff. If you want to sell your merchandise, reduce your prices. Staff got mad at me for saying “no, thank you”. Disappointed they have a high carbon footprint.

It's a money pit . Ugh my daughter wanted nail polish so ofc we went here to buy some that is non toxic for little kids.. we bought 3 things that were all like almost 10 dollar each ... a lip gloss , nail polish and a hair clip. Idk how they justify their prices.... the nail polish is absolutely useless.. besides that none of those 3 colors even show , it wears of in less than 10 min. And if it doesn't wear off just from normal activities then it's washed off as soon as my daughter washed her hands...Absolutely dissapointed in their products. The staff was friendly and great when we visited.

My granddaughters found great items. I did have a little challenge finding under $10 items for a 4 year old granddaughter we did succeed. Clair's always has great products for the girls.

Friendly staff and an amazing selection. The store is well lit and lots to choose from. You can easily sit nearby and relax while kids are selecting different items. Parking is very close by and easy to find a space.

This used to be my go to place for non-toxic washable makeup for my little girl. Their selection is down to about 10% if it was before. Even with that though, they do have a huge selection of inexpensive items for young girls and at this time of year it's awesome for stocking stuffers.

Staff change has been positive. Last time I was in I noticed they have a new manager which is a huge plus. The last couple of managers were too awful. The staff were friendly and fast at the till before they were so so slow.

I met an employee today named emma. SUCH a sweetheart. She not only recommended great products but educated me on piercing related stuff I would’ve never known otherwise. She’s kind, so funny and such a good person to have on your team. Thank you emma!!

Lots of items to choose from for girls. Some items can be pricey but the sale prices are very low.

Hmmm funny to see the same manager who bullied a whole 7 boathouse clothing store, after only being store manger for 3 months & then regional manger is now the new manger for this store & at the same mall location where she try to Sage the lovely that was there before kind, girl and always a hard worker. I like the team that was there before you team the managers all stand around chitchatted too much work. Yes, the store has revamped, but the atmosphere is not the same as before.. I think headquarters for Claire’s should be located this manager Dee not a good person. She’s had many issues at other store. Hopefully she keeps the job at the store behave herself I feel bad for her workers kind and face snake in the back. Definitely somebody I do not want working in my store. These stores are not checking their references. They just hired anyone of these days. She was fired from her Last job go check reviews from her last job Boathouse.

I can’t express how wonderful the staff are at this location. The manager Dee and her assistant manager are absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make my two trips over incredible. Can not recommend them enough as the store is beautifully laid out, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere. Go here for all your cutesy needs!
