On Sunday one of my old fillings fell out. My usual Dentist couldn't see me until Wednesday which was no good because I NEEDED that filling replaced ASAP. So I went to Google to search for another Dentist and discovered Langley Village Dental. The reviews were fantastic, so I was really looking forward to seeing them. I left a message on Sunday. On Monday, early in the morning, I recieved a prompt, polite phone call from a very knowledge and friendly receptionist named Ashley, which sealed the deal! I was able to see them at a reasonable time that very same day! Hallelujah 🙆🏼‍♀️!! I was already wanting to see them because they're conveniently located beside my Family Doctor's practice. It was my Mom that suggested seeing them, despite not yet being a client, based solely on the fact that they looked "clean" on the outside! Well, they're just as clean on the inside, too! With warm and friendly greetings from Reception, the Assistant, and the Dentist, I was helped right away. I really didn't have to wait long at all! The awesome Dentist and his amazing Assistant are two of the most friendliest and kindest professionals I've ever had the honor and privilege of meeting! I'm someone who has severe dental phobia (and is completely socially awkward!), yet they made me feel very welcome, relaxed, calm, encouraged, and cared for. The Dentist is a very gentle young man who has the warmest demeanor, talks you through everything, works carefully so as to limit your discomfort and pain (barely felt anything!) and did I mention how efficient, quick, and thorough he is? I was shocked at how quickly and smoothly both he and his Assistant worked! They're a fantastic team. I was like ... "Are we done so soon?" Beyond professional!!! I needed a needle (huge fear 😱) and I barely felt it! They were rooting for me the whole way through, which I really appreciated! The staff are some of the coolest and most empathetic people you'll ever meet. They're also incredibly professional and know exactly what they're doing. They honor your insurance as well, with no price gouging or anything shady or unfair. If I could give them INFINITY stars, I would! I have now 100% switched over to Langley Village Dental (goodbye to my previous Dentist!!) and even registered my Mom to be with them. I have suggested them to all my family and friends. And now, I am strongly suggesting them to YOU! Make the switch. You won't be disappointed!!! The new filling looks and feels absolutely wonderful, you can't even tell where the tooth ends and the filling begins. My tooth is finally fixed again, and I am so beyond grateful. Thank you Dr. Butt and his lovely Assistant who's name I sadly can't recall, but was absolutely wonderful. You guys are the best!! Who knew a lost filling could lead to finding one of the best Dentists in Langley? 😁 By the way; they have an overhead TV you can watch while they do your procedures. I made the mistake of turning it on to "Family Guy" because I was literally almost laughing the ENTIRE time they were replacing my filling... LOL!! Laughing with a frozen mouth is a strange feeling, but that's how relaxed I was. They really are that good!! 😂

I was looking for a new dentist because I currently had a problem with a tooth and I saw Dr. butts office online and saw positive reviews. I called and by chance they actually had a cancellation about an hour after my call. So I took the appointment and they repaired my broken tooth and my cavity right away and I was very impressed. I found a very friendly office surroundings and everyone was great they all introduced themselves to me. Dr. Butt talks a lot while working. Just kidding, he is very quiet and concentrated on my problem. Awesome work guys great team.

I haven't went there yet but just by the attitude on the phone they sounded great.. I just received a response from my review on the Langley Village Dental in which I was very surprised j got a response at all and on the note I want to change my review to a 5 star. Dr. Kim and Dr. Ho are the best! I felt like my concerns were very well understood and addressed. They made sure that the treatment went comfortably and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Receptionists are very kind and welcoming. The dentist and his assistant I met there for my dental treatment were very nice, knowledgeable and experienced .They made maximum efforts to make me comfortable with extremely minor pain. Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The office is inviting from the minute you walk in the door. The ladies at the front are welcoming and helpful. The hygienists and dentists are awesome, very friendly yet professional. One dentist even walked my husband to the car after a procedure. They remember you not just as a client but the person you are. They are an awesome team with a happy environment. I totally recommend them.

Finding a dental office that not only has a great team but a friendly environment can be hard. I feel so lucky that I found the most amazing office. From the receptionist who is always in a positive mood , explains what my insurance will cover and what it won’t, to Dr Butt who makes you feel at ease, and explains exactly what he will be doing. I’m sad to be leaving Langley and now have to start again . Hopefully I’ll find another great Dental office like this one! I would highly recommend this team.

Best dental clinic I've been to. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful when booking my appointment and upon arrival. Dr. Kim was great at explaining the services I needed. Very clear and concise. Her pleasant bedside manner almost made me forget about the discomfort of dental work. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend Dr. Kim to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Dr Butt & his staff are fabulous. I appreciate how kind & customer focused his support staff are but let me say, this guy is friendly, gentle & highly skilled. The prices are reasonable & I love the positive atmosphere too.. Best dental office I've ever been to.

Dr Butt is really good at what he does, used lots of freezing and I was still frozen for an entire day after, but didn’t feel much during the appointment. The front desk ladies and dental hygienists and assistants are all so friendly, probably the best dental place I’ve been to for appointments! It’s very organized and good people who work there, I will be back.

I was recommend this office when I contacted another office about my dental emergency this morning and they had no openings. The receptionist was so helpful, the dental hygienist was kind and gentle, and the Dentist was great. He was super friendly, gentle, and thoroughly explained my options, pros and cons of each and when it came to decision time he respected it and fixed my emergency. I hate freezing needles because they usually hurt so bad, but his technique was nice. The needles were almost painless. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I went to Dr Butt for wisdom teeth extraction. I didn’t have to wait even a bit. I was scared at first but the way my visit went ahead I only felt relaxed and more confident. I was explained the problem with my tooth very well and why it was necessary to extract. Dr Butt was nice, quick and the extraction was rather smooth. I didn’t even realize when one of my teeth was extracted. Post extraction, I was given clear instructions by doctor and his staff as well about what I was recommended to do after this surgery. Everyone in the clinic is very nice and easy to deal with. I will surely recommend Dr Butt. He is a very good dentist.

Really glad I went here, had another dentist who told me I needed at least 10 fillings. Because I am afraid of dental work I got a second opinion from Dr. Butt based on his good Google reviews. He only recommended 2 fillings and did one right away while I was there. It was very quick and painless. Very happy with how he really took the time to explain things and talk to me. Highly recommend!

My son and I both have gone here for a few years and I'm so happy everytime we do. Everyone is nice, professional and Dr Butt is very gentle and will only do what needs to be done. I was looking at getting invisalign, Dr Butt gave me a written quote, he told me his concerns and i never once felt any pressure to follow thru after. This is the best dentist I've ever been to. If you're looking for a gentle dentist for you or a child this is the one I'd choose.
