OMG the food here is delicious, it's too good to be true. I tried the Jalisco Shrimp skillet and it was amazing, well marinated in tequila butter sauce and wrapped in bacon, topped with melted jack cheese over grilled onions. It felt just like paradise. Our server was Joel who took care of us, thank you for being kind. 5 stars, totally recommended!

Update Aug 18 2023 First time ever with horrible service. Our regular gang of 4 plus an additional 2 friends went in to celebrate a bday. Margay pitchers, apps, 6 entrees...all with atypical surly service from our waiter. No birthday serenade either. Odd, and very disappointing. We'll go back I'm sure, but not very soon. If you're driving anywhere near Laramie, WY and have a hankering for Mexican food, Corona Village is the only place to stop in southeast Wyoming. From delicious margaritas to cook-to-order Mexican favorites like enchiladas, burritos, tacos, Corona Village does it right. They can seat large parties too. Maria in the bar mixes up fab pitchers of mango margaritas...ask her for her special mango margarita pitcher and she'll know who sent you! I especially love the quesadilla...it's a cheesy meal or a good app to share. Yes, they even have hamburgers...but don't do it. The Mexican meals...anything on the menu...is the real thing and should not be missed. The "fast food" Corona Village is Andele Rapido...and it's great too. Less ambiance, and faster...you can watch the pros grilling your meat and assembling your plate. They're good!

Great staff, large menu that you can't go wrong with. Large servings. Home made, and the top shelf margarita will slap you around, in a good way.

Called Thursday to make a reservation for 10 people for Friday at 7. They guy took my name and said he wrote it on the calendar. Came Friday, was told they don't do reservations on football weekends so we were told we had to wait. After being seated, we sat for 40 minutes before our order was taken, in which we had to grab the waitress and ask if we could order food yet. Once our order was taken, another hour passes and we grabbed our waitress again to ask if our food was coming. We saw people sat after us, order before us, and eat, and leave all before we even got food. Just to get food we sat for over an hour and half. We we're never checked in on. We had to grab random servers to ask for refills on water. It was not a good experience at all

#CoronaVillage is a Mexican restaurant that is highly reviewed in Google, Yelp! and Trip Advisor: the virtual trifecta of positivity. The restaurant did not disappoint. We started with the usual Mexican standard of #ChipsAndSalsa they make their salsa with a special blend of spices, and fresh produce which makes it very tasty. They also fry the Chips fresh. For drinks I began with a delicious #CoronaVillageMargarita that I Mucho Sized This Margarita is made with Corona Villages signature margarita mix and is available in many flavors including lime (original), mango, strawberry, watermelon, kiwi, banana, peach, orange, raspberry, blackberry, melon, jalapeño, and pineapple of course I went with the luscious #RaspberryMargarita My husband opted for a #PineappleMojito Rum vigorously shaken with pineapple flavor infused into this twist on the classic Mojito which he thought was a bit on the sweet side but it worked. I loved the giant size of drinks for a decent price. We then shared a plate of #ChickenTaquitos Two crispy flour tortillas rolled and stuffed with chicken and Jack cheese. Garnished with tomatoes and cheese. Served with sour cream and guacamole it was a very yummy Appetizer. For mains we went with a variation on a favorite dish Pollo a la Crème called #PolloCostaBlanca Strips of chicken breast sautéed with carrots, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions in their light creamy jalapeño sauce. Served over rice, with Rancho beans and salad it was very tasty and the jalapeño sauce was amazing. We went with another favorite #ChileVerde Chunks of tender pork cooked to perfection in a mild green tomatillo sauce with green peppers, onions, and spices. It was a Very well executed dish. Wonderful flavor. We then shared for dessert #DeepFriedIceCream A vanilla ice cream ball covered in their special crunch coating and then deep fried. Served with strawberry topping and cream. It was a hearty, delicious meal. Attentive, informed and well-paced service made it altogether a 5-star dining experience. I Look forward to a return visit to Corona Village Mexican Restaurant when we are in town. #coronavillagewyoming #goodservicemakesthedifference

The food, value, and service at this place are amazing! Portions are HUGE. The chips and salsa that literally show up at your table the second you sit down and are refilled without question are so good. Service is so quick and friendly. You HAVE to get the queso. This time I had the Pelayo’s platter ($23.50) which was so much better than I expected (see picture…hand included for size reference!). Everything was so cheesy and delicious and the rice was amazing on its own. I had leftovers for breakfast this morning that fed both my husband and I and we were full. The Top Shelf margaritas are the best. I dare you to order more than one. You’ll be stumbling home. My only negative comment is that the tortilla soup was a bit watery and lacking the substance/flavor that it used to have. My aunt and uncle who visit often agree that the recipe must have changed. We live in Connecticut and come to Laramie once every year to see family and this place is a must visit! It was $450 for 9 people which we would never find on the east coast!

This is literally the best place on planet earth! The staff is incredible. My boyfriend and I play a little game where we guess how long it will take the servers to bring us chips and salsa once we are seated. (Hint: If you play this game, make sure to make your guess under a minute because it is literally THAT FAST!) I love coming here. Literally the best part of Laramie!

I hadn't been to Corona Village in years and I was happy to see that the quality of food, service, and ambiance was still high. I shared shrimp and steak fajitas with a friend and, it was not only hot and delicious, there was plenty of food for both of us. The decor is so fun and interesting and the booths unusually colorful and comfortable. Service was friendly and fast. Great dining experience!

Place looked great, they were very busy when we went in, was expecting things to be awesome. My food made me sick, got a chimichanga that was full of PINK CHICKEN, my husband's was as well except he didn't eat it there we took it home. He got sick on a incredibly greasy burrito, I used an entire napkin to sop up the grease off his plate and there was more. My enchilada was ok atleast but when I dug into my chimichanga I ended up eating atleast 1/3 of it and then realized why it my chicken bright pink????? Thought it may be sauce or seasoning until I found perfectly white chicken (see pictures). You can also see more of the pile of grease shining off his plate at the top of the picture. This was after we sopped it up with a soaked paper towel. Maybe this was just a bad day because this place has good reviews but our experience was absolutely terrible. They brought one little bowl of sauce for us both and we had to get a refill 4 times and wait a long time between, don't want us asking for more more more maybe bring 2 of your tiny cups instead of one. Very dissapointed, will not be back. Would've complained while we were there except for getting dirty looks when I was pulling apart my chimichanga to look at the chicken, instead of being asked if everything was ok I was just ignored and looked at from afar. Like ok...... Cool bathrooms though, got to spend quite a while in there, thanks.

It’s become a go-to since I’ve lived in Laramie. It’s yummy cantina food at good prices. They’re understaffed, which slows things down a bit but in my experience the quality of food or service hasn’t suffered. Fun decor in a large, open space. I’m always down for a beer or margarita, free chips, and some enchiladas suizas.

Who would have know that in the middle of Wyoming is one of the best Mexican restaurants. This restaurant has it all. Great food, atmosphere and service. The portions are satisfying. Had the Mexican lasagna soooo good. This we be a must stop when visiting Laramie!

Great Service and good food. We both went big with the platters. Guessing, these have to be 14 inch platters for scale. (The small looking chile relleno on the platter is a full size poblano...) Tres Amigos - Chile colorado was excellent, Chile Verde was good, the chile relleno was good but do we aware this is the style with a thinner egg "wrapper" versus a more traditional whipped egg white batter. Pobre Chencho - Shrimp properly cooked and tasty, beef was buttterflied skirt with decent char. The enhilada was a bit on the dry side if you like a lot of sauce. I didn't read the description of this enchliada, so could be intentional. Overall, all was good and would return and try other dishes although the chile colorado would be hard to pass up.

Just driving across the country on a road trip and decided to stop in. Even upon driving up to the restaurant we admired the building itself from the outside. A sweet beautiful girl, with a great smile welcomed us. The food was great, service amazing and fast even though the poor bus boy called off sick, you would never know they were short staffed that day. The inside was clean and decorated well. The bathrooms were actually beautiful, spacious and immaculate. I would go there again if given the chance. Good work Corona Village, you know how to do business!

Great food, quick and friendly service, they stop back and check for refills on chips and drinks. Music is a good volume without being too loud, and the seating is comfy. Will definitely be back!

Started with best margarita ever. The Tacos Al Carbon which I have never had was unbelievable. The portion was huge. Wish it was closer to home. Guess I'll take I 80 thru Laramie when heading home. Two people could have filled up on this plate.

The service was really outstanding. I have a very high gluten sensitivity and our server answered all my questions and even made sure that the food I had ordered was safe. I enjoyed myself and would recommended this restaurant to friends and family

Will not eat here ever again!! Ordered lunch take out and took it back to work. The chicken inside the fajitas was stone cold. When I called to inform them I was told it must be my fault because the order set there for a long time. That is a lie!! It was picked up within ten minutes! Can prove it with cell phone records and payment receipts. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude when I explained I was at work with no microwave (why I got the take out in the first place) and how I couldn’t leave now to bring it back so he could reheat it he was extremely rude and unapologetic After being a customer for almost ten years this was the final straw. The dirty plates, the rude waitstaff, the decline in the quality of the food, and the filthy bathrooms were overlooked but the fact the man who answered the phone tried to blame it on me for cold food was just too much! I didn’t even want a refund but was thinking maybe something might be wrong in the kitchen and was frankly worried about food poisoning. Feel sorry for the people who think this restaurant might be a great place to eat. Might have been once but not anymore. Save your money!

For the huevos rancheros. Portions were large but the food was adequate. Wait staff was off a bit but so are 5he times. Hard to find staff as folks really don't want to work. Was a busy time and maybe try a different offering. I will try this place again but it'll be a little bit as we don't live in the area. Blessings to all

Had the Del Mar salad with seafood. Excellent dish for me. The jumbo lime Margarita had great flavor. The table dipping salsa was thicker than most, with the chips served hot. Nice causal table arrangements with mostly local crowd that chats with the staff. I will visit again while in Laramie.

Hands down some of the best food you'll ever eat. Tasty, nicely presented, and the service is amazing. Also definitely worth the bang for your buck. Ordered a large quest and got way more than expected compared to other places. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best margarita ever! Salsa is perfect. We don't live in Wyoming but make sure to stop there every couple years when we come through. Everything we have ever ordered exceeded expectations and we always need a to-go box because the portions are huge. This is my favorite Mexican food restaurant! Also the servers are always friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable experience and I would always recommend this restaurant!!

High value for what is ordered. Tasty albeit nothing out of this world. Just good solid Mexican food, with nice staff and good hours.

Corona Village was recommended by a coworker (from a different state!) as every time he goes to Laramie, he has to eat there. I was not disappointed. This place was excellent, a little loud but it was super busy so I understand. Marta was an excellent waitress that helped my little kiddos figure out what to get. My Corona Burrito was fantastic with a perfect blend of flavors, it was not spicy at all, so if that is something you are looking for maybe get something else. Chips and salsa were great, I felt that the salsa was pretty much like every other Mexican restaurant in the world, but my husband ate 2 bowls and he said it was the best he has had in awhile. There was a slight snafu with my husband's order but it was quickly fixed with no issue. I highly recommend Corona Village (and a Corona Margarita or two)!
