We arrived in June, when there were a lot of tourists, at that moment they started to repair the showers, from which there are always big queues just to wash. The rooms are basic, no TV, no private bathroom, air conditioning, but it doesn't work! The windows overlook a very noisy street, so it is impossible to sleep. The receptionist is never there, so if you have a problem, there is no one to help you. If you don't want to ruin your mood, don't stay in this hostel

I had to leave the hostel because it was disgusting and I didn’t feel safe. It‘s just a big apartment with as many beds as possible stuffed in. The kitchen smells disgusting and the bathrooms are not clean. There is no reception and the door is just open all day. So anyone could just walk in and it‘s not safe to stay there especially as a woman

No signs on the outside or inside of the building to indicate this place. Super weird. Even the cleaner had no idea what the name of the hostel is. Super weird and shady.

There's no private bathroom or kitchen like they advert. It's a lie, everything is shared!! It's horrible, more like a cheap student homeless shared place. You have noise all the time even during the night, the share bathroom is disgusting... so dirty!! The pictures they show I guess were taken when they open the hotel 20 years ago... everything looks too old and ugly... If you have to give stars for that accommodation I would give minus 5. The place has several denounces for robbery and the owner lives in another country ... so be carefull.

Toutes les instructions ont été envoyées par mail. Nous arrivons au 1er étage une porte grande ouverte donnant sur le palier. Un « hall d’accueil » vide avec un espace commun. Un petit frigo ouvert. Notre chambre ne comporte que 4 lits simples alors que nous avons réservé pour 6. Serviettes de toilettes tachées. Il y a minimum 11 chambres avec dans chacune plusieurs lits, certains en dortoir, d’autres comme la nôtre et seulement 1 WC et 2 salles de bain avec chacune un WC. Les salles de bain sont très souvent sales malgré le passage de la femme de ménage. Pas d’eau chaude dans une des salles de bain et dans l’autre pas toute la journée car le petit ballon d’eau très petit sert pour les 2 salles de bain donc un peu compliqué de laver un bébé de 4 mois. La fenêtre coulissante de notre chambre ne coulisse pas car pas de rail au sol. Le loueur est injoignable le numéro ne sonne même pas et impossible de le contacter par mail, cela bloque lorsqu’on veut l’envoyer, ça sent l’arnaque! Mon conjoint contacte Booking, le premier jour, il aura eu plusieurs interlocuteurs sur 3h. La première nous dit qu’elle va voir pour que nous soyons remboursé et être relogé. Au final, une autre personne nous dit que nous pouvons annuler mais que nous perdrons nos 1071€ sans être relogés. Certes, il y avait quelques avis négatifs mais pas que mais sans penser que cet établissements était sale pas très sécurisé. Le soir même, un homme qui a des difficultés à trouver sa chambre se rend compte qu’il a la même chambre que nous, alors que nous manquons déjà de lits. 2 ème jour: nous avons rappelé Booking, au début impossible de les joindre. Apparemment l’établissement a été signalé car impossible de réserver jusque au moins juin 2023. Nous devons attendre 6h de temps pour savoir ce que Booking peut faire pour nous mais sans pouvoir nous reloger et à priori juste une compensation, scandaleux! L’homme qui avait la même chambre que nous a dû dormir par chambre dans un couloir, nous lui avons donné 2 couvre-lits que nous avions dans notre chambre, en guise de matelas. Il s’est avéré que tout au long de notre séjour plusieurs personnes ont eu le même problème de lits ou chambres déjà occupés. Comment se faire de l’argent en louant la même chambre/lit à plusieurs personnes en même temps! C’est scandaleux!!!! Je ne comprends pas comment cet établissement n’est pas été signalé avant! Je vous conseille fortement de faire demi-tour dès que possible.

Wir hatten eine Nacht im Opa gebucht mit eigenem Bad (Zimmer 0). Nachdem wir die Rezessionen hier gelesen haben, hatten wir auch etwas Angst, aber wollten es uns wenigstens anschauen. Erster Eindruck war ok, das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad auch. Die Aufenthaltsräume sahen wie auf den Bilder heruntergekommen und eklig aus. Aber da wir nur was zum schlafen gesucht hatten, waren wir nur im Zimmer und konnten auch abschließen.. die Klima ging auch, der Fernseher war Riesig aber ging halt nicht. WLAN ging auch nicht m. Rezeption gibt es auch nicht.. aber man bekommt alle notwendigen Codes per email. Was störend war, waren die anderen Gäste die sehr lange laut waren und immer wieder die Türen zu geknallt haben.. das ging mindestens bis 22/23 Uhr. Ansonsten war es für den Preis ok.. Ob wir nochmal buchen würden, fraglich. Da uns die anderen Rezessionen bzgl Diebstahl etc. Ganz schön abgeschreckt hatten.

Lugar péssimo, recomendo que procurem outra acomodação! Chegamos às 23 horas e não conseguimos entrar porque não tem ninguém pra receber, e as informações não são muito claras, fora a falta de comprometimento com o cliente, durante 3 noites seguidas faltou energia no hostel. Não recomendo a ninguém!

Non capisco come una struttura del genere si possa prenotare con booking! Camere piccole, sporche, c'erano persino gli scarafaggi! L'avvolgibile non si chiudeva, c'era molto rumore, gente che litigava di notte...il clochard che dormiva davanti all'entrata e poi probabilmente dentro sulle scale dato che la porta rimaneva sempre aperta e nessuno controllava... pessimo, lo sconsiglio a chiunque, prezzi altissimi per quello che offre

Para empezar es un sitio inseguro ya que no hay nadie ni en la puerta ni en recepción , por lo que no hay nadie que te atienda ni te de la bienvenida . Aparte la puerta está abierta y puede entrar cualquiera . Y en efecto entra gente que no es de aquí a estacionarse en el salón . Los baños están sucios . Huele mal y no se limpian . Solo hay agua caliente en uno de los baños por lo que solo puedes ducharte en uno. El ambiente es malo . No hay buen ambiente, de siente incomodidad continua, inseguridad y mal estar. Las sábanas no parecían cambiadas , como si alguien hubiera dormido ahí antes . Las habitaciones son pequeñas , con lo mínimo, y hay solo un enchufe en toda la habitación . Un sitio al que no volvería y no recomiendo que nadie venga .

der aufenthalt war miserabel..erstens gab es kein warm wasser und kein strom trotz mehrmaligem komtaktieren des besitzers aber niemand amtwortete. zweitens wir bekamen das falsche zimmer und dritens der rolladen zum balkon war auch defekt wir hatten den ganzen aufenthalt kein licht im zimmer. nie wieder und überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert

Es wurde bei uns eingebrochen, Bargeld und Computer weg. Der Besitzer ist unerreichbar, die Eingangstüren lassen sich nicht schließen. Polizeieinsatz, die Putzfrauen meinten da kommt schon seit lange Zeit ein Mann und bricht ein. Es wurde nichts damit gemacht. Besitzer ist in Slowenien und nimmt Anrufen nicht an. Wir haben bei Lastminute gebucht und gehen noch zum Anwalt
