    (Translated by Google) I have been using Affidea's services for many years now, but it has always been Saldanha's. I never had reason to complain. This time, because I couldn't make an appointment at Saldanha, I chose to make an appointment at Av. da República. After this experience, never again! On the day of the exam (12/14/2021), they asked me to undress myself in the antechamber of the office and put on the gown, which is normal practice in these procedures. What is no longer normal is that, instead of making me go into the corresponding office, I have been made to go through the waiting room (with my coat on and my suitcase in hand) to enter another office. When I complained about the situation, I was told that I was entitled to my opinion. On the day I went to pick up the exam (12/22/2021), I noticed (when I was already on the train back home) that the cover had my name on it, but the exam that was in the folder was someone else's. Obviously, I had to go back. The answer I got was that I would have to fill out a statement saying that I had not made copies of the other person's exam for data protection reasons. Not even an apology. I very rarely make complaints, because I know they usually fall on deaf ears. This time, I couldn't miss another 10 minutes with this. If only because we are entitled to a service with quality, respect and dignity. Note: I just don't give a rating of zero because it's not possible! Desta vez, porque não conseguia marcação no Saldanha, optei por marcar na Av. da República. Depois desta experiência, nunca mais! No dia do exame (14/12/2021), pediram-me que me despisse na antecâmara do gabinete e vestisse a bata, prática normal nestes procedimentos. O que já não é normal é que, em vez de me fazerem entrar para o gabinete correspondente, me tenham feito passar pela sala de espera (com a bata vestida e a minha mala na mão) para entrar noutro gabinete. Quando me queixei da situação, responderam-me que tinha direito à minha opinião. No dia em que fui levantar o exame (22/12/2021), reparei (quando já estava no comboio de volta para casa) que a capa tinha o meu nome, mas o exame que estava na pasta era o de outra pessoa. Obviamente, tive de voltar para trás. A resposta que tive foi que teria que preencher uma declaração a dizer que não tinha feito cópias do exame da outra pessoa por uma questão de proteção de dados. Nem sequer um pedido de desculpas. Muito raramente faço reclamações, até porque sei que normalmente caem em saco roto. Desta vez, não podia deixar de perder mais 10 minutos com isto. Quando mais não seja porque temos direito a um serviço com qualidade, respeito e dignidade. Nota: Só não dou uma classificação de zero porque não é possível!

    Would give zero stars if possible. I called to book an appointment, it took them 5 mins to finally connect me to someone. Then they told me hold so I waited for 10 mins and then they just disconnected it.

    It's supposed to be open on Saturday from 8 to 12 m but I was closed - many people outside waiting for the place to open. Terrible service. Lack of sense.

    Has 10 booths at the entrance, only two working booths…. Terrible first user experience. 20 minutes just to pass the first gate. Besides that, they get the job done.

    It's a shame, about two or three years ago, I had the misfortune of forgetting my wallet one day. When I went to the receptionist to ask for a payment slip, they told me that they didn't do medical exams for those who didn't have money. A person who asks for a payment note is a person who was unlucky enough not to have a wallet. It was the best thing ever because from that day on, my mother and father stopped using IMI services and began receiving much better care at the Santa Maria hospital, among other places.

    The place is very well located and clean. They are really on time, I had an appointment for echocardiogram and they called me just right at the moment it was supposed to. They delivered me the images of the exam right after the exam, and the final report being sent to my platform less than 8 hours after the exam. The people are very nice, the doctor who did the test was doing the exam with patience and being so precise. The appointment given to me was reasonable. It is not comparable with any other health services I have seen in Portugal, I am really satisfied with them.

    Overall it was a good medical experience. Apointment booking process over the phone was super easy. I did the examination (tomography) 2 days after I booked the appointment. At the place the service was extremely nice. I didn't have any problem booking the appointment and communicating at the place in English.

    Had a requisition from GP for TAC on both knees no problems booking exam by phone for 13-12-2023 at 14:00, wheelchair available if necessary but in fact mimimal steps ,I have severe mobility problems,.Reception staff very efficient,polite and helpful was called 5 minutes early Nurse /technician polite and helpful TAC quite quick ..Waited about 10mins for CD of exam, written report was e-mailed 5 days later.     Went for a MRI scan. The experience was far from good. No assistance or help after invasive exam. Results should have been ready 6 days ago. Still waiting almost 2 weeks after doing the MRI.
