We have a very nervous dog when it comes to vets. Cool Vet took the time to bribe him with treats until he was comfortable enough to do the blood test and vaccine we came in for. We greatly appreciate their approach to making our pup feel safe.

What can i say! Dr Francisca has been taking care of my 2 huskies since they were 3 months old. Their now nearly 7 years old. Alot of problems along the way and still today. Dr Francisca and Vanha have ALWAYS there for us and our dogs to heal and calm me! Haha.. . She is our guardian angel. You cant get more personal and loving care than here

Unfortunately I was charged for the consultation even I wanted just the regular injection as I said in the beginning because of previous one week ago. Explanation was supposedly has to be checked If my dog is healthy to do that injection, which besides weigh and look nothing was done even temperature. Injection cost 11 and “consultation” 30€... sadly as a lot of vets in the center of Lisbon not wort it. It was a first and last time here....

I needed to get my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel an EU pet passport. CoolVet was recommended in the expat groups and I'm glad. They are friendly, professional, punctual, and I can tell they really care about animals. I am happy that when I move to Portugal, I have an excellent veterinarian to care for my dog.
