Hotel's rooms are not so good as they are charging per night. And there service quality is very poor. Hotel managers don't know about rooms conditions. Bed sheets were not being changed in weeks. They are charging more as compared to other cities but services were not comfortable and rooms and bathrooms conditions were not good.

Infrastructure was good enough but poor services related to AC, Wash Rooms draining system poor, Door locking system not working properly. Very poor unhygienic condition to us| the Rooms. It looks best from outside but living not good.

Non professional people. Room was full of flies.Camode was out of order. Geyser was off. We were told that geyser gets started in the morning hours only.You can stay her provided you don't have any other alternative.

Rooms are normal, washrooms are clean but no exhaust fan. Bed sheets are not very much clean. Best thing is when there is load shedding, Room AC also run on Generator. There is a small Mosque in the hotel lobby.

3/4 years back it was a good lodging/ boarding hotel but nowadays it has become poor standered hotel. Surviving as a restaurant with poor hygenic conditions.

Beared sevice man in family Hall at ground floor was emphasising on seating arrangements of my family containing 5 members. Who is he to teach us who will sit where on seats in family Hall? For this cruel behaviour, 3 families left the hall saying we don't need to sit according your rules we don't care. Kindly train the people in your hotel to behave gently with customers in hotel. Munasib and economical jaga - 2 separate beds were available. 4 persons can easily sleep on beds and 2,3 could have slept on floor. Overall, a nice place. Restaurants doesn't offer 24 hours service which is a big draw back. Overall, I had a okay experience. Bathrooms were also not very clean. They need to work on cleaning factor. Bedsheets had stains too which they were claiming very clean.
