Not a place for family! No heating, no hot water, no blankets. In winter temperatures, quilts were provided, which are used for AC temperatures. Absolutely creepy place and staff. Pathetic parking, stinking dirty spot! I dont want to give any stars to this hotel. For 5k I say it was a total loss for us. Washroom disgusting, rooms and sheets dusty, I fell sick sneezing. They didnt provide us blankets or extra pillow or mattress. For just a night it was a rip-off!

Bad experience, untidy rooms, damaged washroom floors, non functional fixture in washroom etc.

The hotel is beautifully built and located in the city center but the hotel lacks management. The customer has to ask for everything. The lights in the rooms are very dim. The washrooms are not suitable. The room service is not special.

Rooms are small, there is no Exhaust fan in the wash room. Fare are high as comparison with the room interior and neatness.

It's a clean environment but a little bit expensive with area.

Its fare is as of sambara but their services are not good. Better to choose sambara hotel which is excellent in service and having good location
