I begun to ask a question to a staff member when a rude second customer interrupted me asking him a question too. The staff member ignored me and the fact that I was there first and served the second in line customer first😞👎 Also the stuff do not really know their products.

The best customer service in Cyprus The customer service in the Larnaca store is above and beyond anything I've experienced in Cyprus. All the staff I've encountered have gone out of their way to assist me and have demonstrated a genuine passion for customer service. A prime example of this was earlier today when a member of their staff rang me to advise me that the delivery of the paint I had enquired about had arrived in store. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for the agents name so cannot highlight his good work. The other staff members who I feel deserve a special mention are: Jason and Andrea's.
