The owners made my booking a No Show so I couldn't leave the review on Booking. I stayed 2 nights from 6 nights I booked and had to leave because the hostel had 2 people caught all night. I didn't want to be sick so kindly asked the managers if they can do anything or just return my money so I can book something else. They were kind only before we started money talk. Didn't do anything to help me, and didn't refund me. I had to leave. The hostel itself is not social. Very basic and has no place to work. Price ratio 2 from 5. My recommendation: don't book here! There are plenty of nice guesthouses and other hostels for less money and beautiful people! I want to say to owners - I believe one day your greed comes back to you. The best advice for you is to be more human and empathic, and don't think only about money.

I stayed at The Wave Temple for 5 weeks in a private room and it was just perfect! Marc and David are both such awesome hosts. Everything you need is there and the location is absolutely perfect. If you're working remotely, the WiFi is fast and there is a desk in each room downstairs and in the hostel upstairs there is a great workspace in the communal area. It's peaceful and quiet at night, so don't worry about lack of sleep. Can't wait to come back next season! 💚

I've been in different hostels in Las Palmas and The Wave Temple was my very favorite. Marc and David are great hosts and the house is relaxed, spacious, calm, to me it was like a real @ home. Met awesome people here + super near the beach and surf. Def recommend!

¡Recomendable al 100%! La habitacion es super bonita, super limpiaa y la cama es comodisima. La casa esta a 2 minutos caminando de la playaa y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitaaar en tu viajee! I stayed at Wave Temple a few nights whilst doing a surfcamp. The place is perfectly located nearby Las Canteras, and, if you are surfer, just a few minutes away from La Cicer spot, making it just super convenient. The place was nice and clean and recently fit out. I think it could be a very good option for long stays for a digital nomad too - I will definitely consider coming back for that :) the hosts are also very approachable and keen to help. All in all definitely recommend it!
