Signed up for this course with a friend without too many expectations, just wanted to learn freediving. I was SUPER impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of the team and course. They pay very good attention to you and help guide to the best of your abilities. I went from no training to 4 min static breathhold and 25 meter depth in open water over the 6 days, completely exceeding my expectations. Thanks to Juan, Lara and all that joined in this journey. This will be an experience I will carry for the rest of my life. 10000/10 would recommend.

I did the 6 days freediving course. They are very professional. I went to 5, 10, 15 and finally to 22,5 meters depth. Also learned how to hold my breath in water for 3.5 minutes. I still go practicing with them and really enjoy it. They also have a store with diving suits and eveyrthing. Gracias equipo.

Incredible experience. Subzone freediving club is special place to me, and place I will be back once I'm back to the GC. Firstly, I did my apnea experience with them and by the end of that day I already knew for sure, I want to do proper 6-day course with them. They are not only high-level professionals who supported us the whole way through, but also very patient and understanding people. I love the atmosphere in the club and Juan's sense of humor 😁 I enjoyed the whole process (which was expectedly demanding though) and I would love to join the club for regular training. I also appreciate very much, that they found opportunity for me to do course in English (I don't speak Spanish). Thanks again Juan, Lara, George, and all the Subzone team, I miss you and can't wait to see you again!

La experiencia en el curso de apnea ha sido inmejorable, un curso completo y difícil de explicar! Los instructores atentos a todo siempre, muy pendientes de que disfrutes y aprendas lo máximo posible. Además, se adaptan a tu nivel y trabajan en cada uno según las posibilidades. Siempre hay personas del club apoyándote, sacando fotos muy chulas y dándote consejos personales.Te dan el equipo durante el curso y están en muy buen estado. En cuanto a la tienda, es difícil pasar y no enamorarte de algo. Sin duda, una experiencia inolvidable, recomendadisimo!!!

Son geniales, su experiencia en el mar y en la enseñanza se refleja claramente en el contenido, el material y la organización, que son excelentes. Al interactuar con personas bien formadas, se aprecia la flexibilidad en ritmos y métodos de aprendizaje, lo que hace que el curso sea accesible para todos. En mi opinión, es totalmente recomendable.

I signed up for the 6 day course without any previous knowledge of diving, whether scuba or apnea. It was an incredible experience, one I recommend to anyone considering trying this sport. I went through an amazing process of self-discovery, realising the limitations set by my own mind, slowly pushing against the barriers and fears, all of this guided by the wonderfully supportive, professional team of Subzone. I am still continuing the learning now by attending their weekly training. They are experts in their field but as well as that, they are very warm and friendly so it makes for a really fabulous experience. Thanks to everyone in the team and also to Javi for helping translate in English whatever I didn't understand! So grateful for having found you guys!

Hice la experience y el curso y solo puedo estar muy agradecida y contenta con el equipo de subzone freediving. - La experience: dura un día pero desde el primer minuto te sientes acogida y segura con todo el equipo, la experiencia fue increíble, entré en un mundo desconocido de la mano de Lara y Juan que me hizo animarme a conocer más. - El curso dura 6 días: es un factor importante y diferenciador de subzone, en el que te aportan con cariño, disciplina y profesionalidad toda la teoría, entrenamientos y técnicas necesarias para aprender bien y estar seguros dentro del agua, además de un buen material adaptado a ti. Pero aparte del aprendizaje sobre este deporte tan especial me llevé mucho más, ya que su manera de impartir el curso te enseña a conocerte a ti mismo, formar equipo y superarte. Lara, Juan y Jorge están contigo en todo momento para adaptarse, impulsarte y apoyarte. Son increíbles y cada uno tiene su forma de enseñar que encajará contigo. Así que animo a cualquier persona a hablar con Juan, apuntarse y conocer a la divertida familia subzonera que también estará a tu lado apoyándote y cuidándote. ¡Holi! Si has entrado aquí porque estás pensando en hacer un curso de apnea, y estás buscando reseñas para ver qué centro es el mejor, ya te digo yo que no le des más vueltas, y hazlo con Subzone. Para mí ha sido una experiencia súper positiva (: He aprendido muchísimo, me he divertido y me he sentido segura en todo momento. Las clases teóricas se complementan con las prácticas de una manera muy bien coordinada. El equipo es maravilloso. Se respira mucha calidad tanto humana como profesional. Cada alumno va avanzando a su ritmo, y por eso hay tres instructores diferentes que se asignan de tal manera que cada grupito se encuentre en un nivel cómodo y óptimo para un mejor aprendizaje. Juan, George y Lara son la caña. Yo diría que más que un equipo, ¡es una familia! ❤️ En especial, le doy las gracias a Lara, que ha sido mi SÚPER mentora, y me ha ayudado a superar barreras y expectativas de una manera muy didáctica, terapéutica y con mucho amor.
