I
DO
NOT
RECOMMEND
THE
SHOPPING
CENTER.
They
have
charged
parking
at
the
shopping
center,
with
the
abusive
price
of
€3
per
hour,
but
hey,
if
you
go
to
Rehabilitation
at
the
ICOT
center
located
there,
you
have
free
time
to
attend
your
sessions.
The
time
you
have
is
1.30
hours
from
the
entrance
to
the
parking
lot
exit.
I
take
my
mother
to
her
rehabilitation
sessions
and
she
is
in
a
wheelchair,
so
in
order
to
get
to
rehab
on
time
I
have
to
take
her
some
time
before,
because
I
have
to
get
the
wheelchair
out
of
the
car,
I
have
to
help
her
Get
out
of
the
car
and
sit
in
your
chair,
in
addition
to
taking
the
elevator
to
the
corresponding
floor,
an
elevator
that
is
not
always
quick
to
reach.
She
must
enter
and
leave
the
center
alone
and
the
duration
of
her
sessions
is
1
hour
or
even
a
little
more.
To
that
we
must
add
the
time
returning
to
the
car
via
the
elevator,
helping
her
get
out
of
the
chair
and
into
the
car
and
putting
the
chair
back
in
the
rack.
If
we
count
all
the
time
it
takes
to
do
this,
it
takes
more
than
1'30
hours
and
on
more
than
one
occasion
I
have
had
to
pay
for
parking
due
to
excess
time,
so
every
time
I
take
my
mother
to
the
rehabilitation
sessions
It
costs
me
money.
The
ICOT
employee
who
is
serving
the
public
all
she
tells
me
is
that
the
time
is
1'30
hours
and
that
if
I
can't
park
in
the
parking
lot,
I
should
park
it
on
the
street.
On
that
street
the
entire
parking
lot
is
occupied
at
any
time
of
the
day,
so
that
possibility
does
not
exist.
Truly,
there
is
little
civility
towards
people
with
reduced
mobility.
And
on
top
of
that,
I
try
to
solve
the
problem
with
the
mall
staff
and
in
the
afternoon
no
one
is
available
and
the
only
solution
I
have
is
to
simply
pay
and
pay.
