I have hundreds of flights in helicopters, but for my son and girlfriend it was their first. I can’t remember our pilots name, but he had a big red beard and did a awesome job! (Masks make it hard to hear what people are saying). It was a very windy day and he kept the flight very smooth. Made memories of a lifetime for us!!!!!! The best way to see The West Rim Of the Grand Canyon, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam, and the Vegas strip. The trip included a limo that picked us up and dropped us off at our resort.... nice touch and added to the experience! Well worth the price for the experience. My son wanted to add by saying it was pretty fun and a great view.

I have been wanting to visit this place since I was a kid and thank Yahweh I finally made it happen!! The Grand Canyon isn’t anything short of grand. It is so Beautiful and peaceful! There were people talking around me yet the vastness/peacefulness of the canyon drowned them out. That is wild right. The bus was clean and the driver was nice.

We took the South Rim Canyon “Tour” with Rod. We left 45 minutes late. The driver didn’t seem to have a good handle on his schedule, who was supposed to be on the bus nor did he seem very happy to be driving that day. The experience was more like a bus ride to the Grand Canyon. Lunch was poorly prepared (defrosted salad I believe). The driver offered no “tour guide” services (unless the downloaded self-driving audio counts in this way). He said very little to the group except to recognize the time we should be on and off the bus. Like I said, he wasn’t all that happy to be driving us. The time at the Grand Canyon was limited by the hour we wasted at lunch. Food Selection was very limited and there was not much to see at the visitor center. I felt like the value of the time seeing the canyon was reduced by this. Likely because we got a late start, the driver felt behind schedule and this affected our safety. At one point, Rod attempted to pass a vehicle on the way to the canyon that resulted in nearly a head on collision with oncoming traffic (the car we were passing was a royal jerk - though he shouldn’t have attempted to pass at all in my opinion). I generally look for tours to help educate and entertain me in ways that I could not do on my own. This experience was nothing more than a ride to the south rim. I’m Very disappointed to have spent time and money with Canyon Tours and cannot recommend them.

The Fantastic Day Grand Canyon Skywalk Getaway with Heli and Boat Tour is an extraordinary adventure that offers a comprehensive and breathtaking experience of the Grand Canyon. From start to finish, this tour is filled with stunning sights and unforgettable moments. The day begins with a convenient departure from Las Vegas on a sightseeing airplane. The 35-minute flight to the Grand Canyon West Rim not only saves time but also treats passengers to awe-inspiring aerial views of iconic landmarks such as the Hoover Dam, Colorado River, Lake Mead, and the vast Mojave Desert. The flight itself is a remarkable journey, setting the tone for what's to come. Upon arrival at the Grand Canyon West, guests are granted ample free time to explore this natural wonder at their own pace. The hop-on/hop-off shuttle service makes it easy to visit various points of interest. Eagle Point and Guano Point are standout locations that allow visitors to appreciate the stunning geological formations and colors of the canyon walls. The Native American cultural village at Eagle Point adds a valuable cultural dimension to the experience. The helicopter flight with a landing at the bottom of the Grand Canyon is a true highlight of the tour. Descending into the heart of the canyon and boarding a pontoon boat for a serene float trip on the Colorado River provides a unique and tranquil perspective of the landscape. The contrast between the towering canyon walls and the river's serenity is simply mesmerizing. The VIP access to the Grand Canyon Skywalk is a major bonus. Walking on this glass bridge, suspended 4,000 feet above the canyon floor, is an exhilarating and heart-pounding experience. The panoramic views are nothing short of spectacular, and the souvenir photograph ensures a lasting memory of this daring adventure. The tour's attention to detail, from the comfortable sightseeing helicopter to the shuttle service and guided experiences, enhances the overall experience. However, it's important to note that cameras and cellphones are not allowed on the Skywalk Bridge, so be prepared to fully immerse yourself in the moment. The tour concludes with an equally scenic flight back to Las Vegas, allowing passengers to reflect on the incredible day they've just experienced. From the moment you board the airplane to the final return to your hotel, the Fantastic Day Grand Canyon Skywalk Getaway with Heli and Boat Tour is an unforgettable journey into one of the world's most awe-inspiring natural wonders. It's a must-do adventure for anyone seeking an exceptional Grand Canyon experience.

We booked the Canyon Helicopter Tour with Picnic Lunch, simply put, it is well worth the price and an experience to remember. We were picked up by shuttle at Mandalay Bay at the exact time they indicated, after a quick ride out to Boulder helipad we were up in the air. Overall about a 30 minute flight into the Canyon, 30-45 minutes on the ground in the Canyon for a quick lunch and to walk around, then another 30 minute flight back to Boulder. Truly worth every penny!!! Do not even hesitate, just book it...

Very well organized and amazing helicopter ride. I can see the “grand” part of grandiose in the canyon from above at the southern rim. I’d gone in another helicopter ride to the west rim and even gone down to the Colorado river on a boat ride but nothing compares to the aerial view of the south side. People were very efficient and helpful. The pilot was knowledgeable and enjoyed his job. Chose great music too.

We took the Las Vegas strip helicopter tour at night and it was AMAZING!!! Opted to be picked up by the limo at our hotel for just $15 more and I highly recommend that. All the staff was amazing, especially the pilot and the limo driver. After having done it I’m very surprised at how inexpensive it was compared to what a phenomenal experience it was. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. This is great for couples, an anniversary or birthday surprise. Whole families would enjoy this too.

My parents and I booked the West Rim Canyon and Hoover Dam tour a few weeks prior and went in March (Pink Jeep). I would 100% recommend this tour as it was informative, beautiful and stress free. Booking was easy and the company was clear with information to include pick up time and location and all of the trip details. John was our tour guide and he was spectacular. He picked us up at the Luxor at 0630 along with two other people. We then picked up a group of 3 at Bellagio for a total of 8 out of a max 9. The tour group size was perfect and allowed us all to mingle and it was easy to wrangle everyone up when it was time to move on. The jeep was clean, stocked with ample cold water bottles and the temperature was kept comfortable the entire tour. John made sure he checked in about that. John was friendly, knowledgeable and was completely clear when it came to the day's itinerary and timeline. We accomplished a lot in one day but never felt rushed. There was ample time at each stop and John even stepped in as a photographer when we needed his help. He made sure to point out landmarks along the way and even pulled over to allow us to check out the big horn sheep. Lunch was provided and you had a choice of several different sandwiches (your choice is made during confirmation and booking) along with a bag of chips. It was the perfect lunch to eat on the go. I had the ham and cheese. The Grand Canyon was beautiful and I was fascinated to learn all of the details about how the dam was built. Quite amazing. The tour was stress free as all tickets for entering the canyon were taken care of by the guide. My dad and I opted to purchase tickets to the skywalk which was super cool. Although there is no bathroom on the bus, on the way there and back you stop at a gas station which has clean bathrooms and plenty of snack and drink options. I pee every two minutes and had no issues =) Thank you, John, for an amazing tour and I will be recommending you guys to my friends and family.

I went on the Grand Canyon Bus Tour with this company. It was awesome! The tour bus driver, Ozzie, was funny, entertaining, and a great tour guide. The tour bus was fairly comfortable, the seats are a bit cramped though. The tour was about 13 hours between drive time and multiple stops. Although it was long, it was a great adventure. We stopped at Route 66, and also stopped for lunch, which they provide to you for free, it was quite tasty. During the drive to the Grand Canyon, there will be plenty of opportunities to get great pics, and also use the restroom. We were allowed to walk the south rim of the Grand Canyon. We had two hours to explore, which was more than enough time. On the way back, we were able to see the Hoover Dam which is even more beautiful in the evening. I highly recommend taking the bus tour with this company, it’s an affordable and fun way to see some of the most beautiful landmarks!

Loved it from start to finish . Helicopters pilots were friendly and full of information. Fantastic views of the canyon and lake mead from the air but only down point was never really seen much of the Hoover dam . Well organised once we landed at the canyon . An amazing experience .

We chose Canyon Tours for our excursion to Huberdamm and the Grand Canyon. They promptly picked us up from our hotel. The bus was impeccably clean, and the driver was exceptional. Our experience was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I enthusiastically endorse Canyon Tours.

This GC tour was great. Our driver was so friendly, knowledgeable and fun! Fantastic scenery all the way there. The West Rim was absolutely breathtaking!!! However, the food option at the 2nd stop was not the best. Outside of that, everything else was awesome. We will definitely do another tour with them next time we're in Vegas of one of the other parts of the canyon.

We had an amazing experience from booking, getting picked up, entering the building to the whole helicopter trip. We would HIGHLY recommend landing in the Grand Canyon. It was an unforgettable experience and we will NEVER forget it! A great company to go through.

I cant describe how beautiful and amazing this experience was. We did the helicopter ride to the Canyons, took a boat ride down the Colorado and then went back up to the Sky Walk. We had time to explore and grab something to eat. Our Pilot was awesome and funny. This was the best investment ever.

Allie was awesome!! I hope I spelled her name right, but I would recommend flying with her any day. She made me feel comfortable and communicated with us the entire time. The Grand Canyon was beautiful but my favorite was flying over the Vegas strip. I even got to see my hotel, resorts world, which was so cool!

My family and I went to see Lower Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. The whole experience was wonderful and greatly surpassed our expectations. I was anxious before the tour because we have a 4 and 9 years old coming with us on the tour. It was definitely such a smooth and fun tour, and I am glad I booked it. Marvin, our guide, gave us enough time at each stop, provided great information about landmarks we visited. He was well-spoken, funny, friendly and polite. Gracie, our driver, made sure we had a safe, smooth and trouble-free drive. Such a great time! Thank you Marvin and Gracie! It was such a memorable experience. Would highly recommend the Canyon Tours. Definitely worth every penny!

Our bus driver is very approachable and helpful. However, the entire duration of our trip made me and most of the people onboard the bus (Bus No. 5721) felt uncomfortable due to the air-condition is not cooling. It's like you are in a sauna for hours and I thought I will start having an asthma attack due to poor ventilation. We've asked the driver to higher the temperature a couple of times, but it was already set high and the bus air-condition itself might be busted. Also, the toilet inside the bus is out of order and need to hold your pee until a stop with a restroom is available. The entire trip is draining, you only have almost 4 hours outside the bus to breathe comfortably, get cool and the rest of 10 hours you are inside the sauna-like bus. This tour is set last December 27, 2023 on Grand Canyon South Rim.

We recently went on the Canyon Tour to the Grand Canyon South Rim in Las Vegas, and we must say it was an absolutely amazing experience. Not only was it the cheapest tour available, but it was also worth every penny. Our lady driver had an awesome vibe, cool and witty, which made the journey all the more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the area and provided us with interesting facts and insights throughout the tour. The tour itself ran smoothly, following the lineup schedule with no delays or issues. We had plenty of time to explore the breathtaking views and take pictures at the various scenic points. The South Rim is simply stunning, and I felt so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it. The tour was well-organized, with comfortable transportation and informative commentary throughout. The driver even provided us with lunch and bottled water, which was a nice touch. This tour a must-do for any traveler to Las Vegas.

Was visiting Las Vegas for the first time with my family and my mom wanted to take me to see the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. I was very excited about this trip until finding out the day would last until 9:30-10:00 at night! We were supposed to be picked up at 6:50am, bus didn’t show up until almost 7:30. Our tour guide talked briefly but I honestly couldn’t really tell you I learned anything on this trip. Learned more from google after the trip than during the bus ride. I was unaware we would be in for a 5 hour bus ride to get to the Canyon Visitor centre and then of course it was approaching 3pm by the time we got into the National Park due to long lines to get in. Finally we get into the park and we get a total of 45 minutes in two different spots to take pictures and look around (so total of 90minutes). Getting back onto the bus sun was setting and it was getting dark. Yay! Ready for my long bus ride back home to the Resort. Also the bathroom on the bus was disgusting and was borderline overflowing. Overall this “Grand Canyon Tour” was not much of a tour and was ridiculously long in my opinion. My sister was supposed to join us on the tour but she got sick in the night, they wouldn’t provide my mom a refund for someone who had a flu and couldn’t go! I guess she should have just come and puked into the already filled and overflowing toilet! Ridiculous in my opinion. Overall I would not recommend this tour to anyone and I would definitely not choose to tour the South Rim of the Grand Canyon again. My mom chose this trip as she had previously been on the Comedy on Deck Tour of the West Rim of the Grand Canyon and she wanted to see the South Rim. Definitely choose them for your next trip to the Grand Canyon! It was a great view but not worth the 14 hour bus ride!

The tour was amazing, the bus driver was wonderful, the views were spectacular (almost fake)! The food was great! Definitely make a point to get to the 3rd stop and walk the trails the wonders that await are worth it!

Tour was cancelled last minute and they offered no solutions. I didn't want to waste a day of vacation so I asked to switch to another tour of the same price but they charged me extra without giving me any reason. When asked what the charge was for, they replied with either pay the extra money or no tour...? I guess they like to make their customers pay for their own mistakes....

This was a disappointing tour! The driver/tour guide was rude and unprofessional all day long! In addition to his unprofessional behaviour, he responded with a rude attitude, to any questions! He definitely can benefit from some basic customer service training! Not recommended!

I would recommend less /shorter stops and more time at the canyon. Awesome driver /guide came back to get us as 3 of us could not find the parking location. There should be more signs and to make sure people are aware there are multiple parking lots so memorize yours.

Overall we felt we didn't get what we were promised and paid for. We opted for the deluxe option at 545 dollars each and it started well with limo pickup at 9.30. The first thing at the helicopter port was we were offered upgrades for another 100 dollars each for a front seat. I said thought we had booked a helicopter with theatre style seats as part of our deluxe package. The assistant said oh yes you will all be able to see. Next we were required to pay a 60 dollar fuel surcharge. The flight was due to leave at 10.15 but it was nearly 11 by the time we left on a helicopter that didn't have theatre seats. The pilot had a high pitched voice so what she said couldn't be deciphered using the headphones so I've no idea what we passed over. I told the pilot my headphones weren't working properly but once in flight there was nothing she could do so I missed the commentary. The non English speaking Spanish family on the flight were given prerecorded commentary only occasionally so they wouldn't have understood the commentary either. Very unsatisfactory. Once we landed on the west time, ee were told we had to be back at the helicopter in 2 hours time rather than the promised 3 hours time needed to look around. If we had taken off on time we would have more time there. Finally, the deluxe trip offered a return flight over the Vegas strip but what we got was the same as all flights get on the return to the helipad and that is a flight adjacent to the strip not over. The views from the Canyon and helicopter are amazing. I just wish Papillon provided what they offered. I would recommend you try a different company to visit the amazing sites or certainly don't pay for any upgrade. Attached is the poor view we had from the helicopter Certainly not theatre style seats.

Me and my family had a great experience with canyon tours! My parents, sister and I booked the West Rim tour which was perfect because we were able to enjoy our day there and still have time to enjoy the evening in Vegas. Our tour guide Freddy was so welcoming and knowledgeable about each area we visited. He let us know all of the tips about the area, like which parts to see first and how to make the most of our time there. 10/10 recommend👌🏽

We had a wonderful tour. The pilot was so cute and qualified. We really felt safe at all times. The experience was awesome, although HOT, HoT, hot! Bring some cold water bottles to cool yourself down. We were not used to that being from Ohio. It takes time to cool that helicopter down and with a mask on, it can be a bit cloying.

My husband and I took a bus tour from Vegas to The Grand Canyon and we had the best time! Our bus driver (Junior is what he said his mom calls him, and I cannot remember his real name 😆) was amazing. He was very informative and kept us entertained. This bus tour was very affordable and well worth the money. I 10 out of 10 recommend this to anyone wanting to see The Grand Canyon while in Vegas.

Fabulous experience! We took the plane ride over then the helicopter down to the river of the canyon, hopped on a pontoon down the Colorado BTW the canyon, then back up and shuttled to the other 2 points. The views from the flight were amazing. Totally recommend. If you are wanting to do the Skywalk make sure to book the tour that allows the time for that! Ours we didn't have time for the Skywalk but we had plenty of time to explore and make our own pics at different areas. :)

We booked the Grand Canyon tour with helicopter ride but unfortunately due to poor weather conditions the helicopter ride was cancelled which was very disappointing for us as that was the only reason why we were prepared to spend 10 hours on a coach. It snowed heavily on the way which looked beautiful. We were still able to view the Grand Canyon but it was a bit of an anti climax as the weather was very overcast. I know that the company has no control on what happens with the weather but I felt it was an extremely long journey to look at the Grand Canyon for approximately 2 hours. I would advise anyone who decides to take the bus tour to check the weather forecast before they leave as it was very cold and a lot of people from our party were dressed in shorts and T-shirts and had to buy warmer clothes and coats in the gift shop on the way there. I would also like to add that Canyon Tours might like to add a warning about adverse weather conditions as it’s important for their clients to be prepared. I personally was freezing cold which was not pleasant. The positives for this tour were we had a nice meal at Pizza Hut and we had an excellent bus driver called Phil who was extremely knowledgeable and gave us lots of information and interesting facts on the way and his driving was exemplary. Canyon tours quickly refunded us for the helicopter portion of our tour.

We had an amazing experience with Canyon Tours!! My original reservation with another company canceled the day of the tour. My hotel suggested I reach out to Canyon Tours. They made room for us and saved the day. Our tour guide Colleen was a joy to spend the time with. She was full of information and enthusiasm for the Grand Canyon. We explored many off the path areas before she took us to the most beautiful site to watch the sunset. My teenagers and I agree that our tour was the highlight of our cross country adventures. We will never forget that evening.

The tour was great! I was able to purchase tickets the day prior. The bus came right on time in the morning to pick everybody up. Seats were clean and comfortable on the bus. Our driver would explain where we're headed and would tell us a story about Las Vegas as well as information about the Grand canyon. There was a big case of water that was available to us all day long, as well as vouchers for food that we got once we arrived at the Grand canyon for lunch. There was plenty of time to take pictures and explore the scenery of the Grand canyon from two different viewpoints. We made plenty of stops along the way for sightseeing and to grab a snack if anybody's hungry.

Great tour, my wife and I were picked up at our hotel. The airport had coffee and sandwich. The pilot was a younger man that took great care of us. The plane was 8 seats, the flight was 1-1/2 hrs. Price was fair around $200/ person. It is worth it.

Four of us were in Las Vegas for a couple of days and had pre-booked the West Rim Tour including Skywalk before leaving the UK. Our collection point was near to The Venetian Hotel where we were staying. The tour was well organised and our driver had a good knowledge of the area and was very amusing as well 😊 Seeing the Grand Canyon was amazing and something we will never forget! This tour was really good and took in different parts of the Canyon and the Hoover Dam on the way back to Vegas. Lunch was also very nice and the views from the restaurant were really good! Would highly recommend!!

We took the Bus, helicopter, and boat tour 10/10 would do it again! Everything was wonderful. I was very pleased with the entire tour. Our bus driver, Chris provided us with such a safe, smooth, enjoyable, and informative experience. *Edited to add even though we went to the wrong location for pick-up, they teamed up and another bus brought us to the correct location without hesitation. She immediately sent out a message to inform Chris we were headed his way. So thankful for her!

I did a family trip to the Grand Canyon, and it was absolutely amazing the extraordinary views of the canyon are breath taking and the costumer service was awesome as well, my family of seven was late for our tour for about 20 minutes and they just moved our tour flight for the next available hour our flight was at 12:45 and they moved us to 2:45 flight which gave us some time for some stops during our drive from Las Vegas. 100% recommend them.🥰❤️

I wish I could remember our drivers name but he made the trip perfect. He was on time, he was professional, he was very informative, he knew alot of interesting facts, he was funny, his driving was perfect (I usually always get car sick but not with him) he made sure the bus was at a comfortable temperature. He didn't leave anyone behind even though people were late and we were ready to go. He apologized for the folks that were late getting back to the bus and he distracted us by talking about different things about the areas we were in. We only ran behind schedule because of the people that were late getting back on the bus. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. It was truly the best part of our entire trip to Vegas!

The bus trip itself was good - driver was safe, competent and provided some good commentary. The experience with the booking staff was terrible. The confirmation of the pickup point was vague, the bus was 30mins late picking us up (at 6.30am in the morning!) and getting updates to ensure we were in the right place was very problematic. We also booked a helicopter tour which was cancelled due to weather (totally out of control of the tour company) but it is two weeks since we went on the tour and we still do not have a refund of over $1000. Pretty unacceptable. If given the chance again, I would recommend hiring a car and doing this trip yourselves.

The company was really rude, and their customer service was terrible. Talking to them was stressful, and they sounded condescending. Even though they only show 5-star reviews on their website, it seems fake or carefully chosen. While their prices might be a bit lower, they add extra fees like fuel surcharge. It's better to save your time and money by booking somewhere else for a better experience.

We were a party of 4 and took this tour and I was disappointment regarding certain aspects of the experience. The tour guide was a nice guy, but I have to say that the overall experience wasn't great! The main reason why I booked with the company was that it was claimed that the coach was equipped with restroom, but in contrary the restroom was not operational Firstly, the absence of restroom facilities aboard the bus was a significant inconvenience. For a journey of considerable length, the lack of accessible toilets posed a genuine discomfort to many passengers, myself included. This oversight made the trip quite challenging and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the tour. I've a medical condition that got worsened during the trip due to this One of the stopover points to have food was a McDonalds. As a vegetarian, I was surprised and disappointed by the absence of vegetarian meal options. Can't believe, the provision of suitable vegetarian food was overlooked. This oversight was disheartening and left me feeling disregarded as a customer. Additionally, the bus itself did not meet the standard of luxury as advertised. The amenities promised seemed exaggerated compared to the actual conditions on board. The discrepancy between the promised luxury bus and the reality of the vehicle used for the tour was quite stark and misleading. Also, the windows were standard windows and not panoramic windows as claimed These shortcomings significantly impacted my experience and that of fellow travellers. As a customer, I had anticipated a more satisfactory level of service. I think I deserve a refund

👍👍 Very great experience with the guest list. They gave me a confirmation number and the girl that worked there guided me through the whole process on the web. Very great customer service and if you are ever in Vegas make sure you use the site and get on the guest list
