    I usually don't go to this location and will never go again. I was the 2nd car in the drive thru line it took 5 minutes to order. Then they parked me and someone kept bringing out someone's food, not mine. 2:11 I ordered, 2:30 I went in side which was chaos, everyone was upset with no one's order correct. When I asked to speak to the manager for a refund she was yelling she just came on shift. First of all this is horrible service to be yelling at a customer, I have never received service from McDonalds's like this before. I used to be a manager for McDonald's when I was younger for 7 years. This is unacceptable. I then decide to go the location on Decatur and Lake Mead, fast, friendly, and speedy service I was in and out of the driver thru in 6 minutes. I would suggest you take some crew and management from that store to train the store on Rainbow.

    what a joke! they refused to take my order at the kiosk and demanded that i use the automated machine! then when i had to go pee, the door is locked, and they refused to give me the door code and i had to wait over 5 minutes to have someone open the door for me! McDonald's is a multi-billion dollar company, and they are sinking fast because of their lack of customer service I'll take my money somewhere else where they have customer service.

    Didn't have Dr. Pepper which was no big deal. Ordered a cookie tote and the recipe said one cookie. I decided not to even say anything because Ill go to another mcdonalds for the Dr. pepper. Get to the window and the staff member was very rude she handed me drinks then threw her hand up at me 🤚 telling me to hold on for the rest of the order with a super attitude. She gave us a happy meal which we didn't order. And we didn't get our one cookie. Lol. I couldn't even begin to tell her because she was already in a mood. Drove off and the fries had hair in them. Hands down worse McDonald's experience ever. Just drive a little further for any other McDonald's. It's will be worth your time and gas to not come to this location on rainbow and lake mead.

    Wouldn't let me pick up my mobile order tonight saying that I "owed money" but was able to do curbside pickup just fine, second issue I had in the past two days. Yesterday, the chicken sandwich they gave me was burnt and brittle and dry.

    This location SUCKS. My order is always wrong. A few weeks ago I paid for two apple pies, got all the way home, to see I only had one. Tried to bite into it, it was rock hard. The label said it had expired two days prior. Yuck. Then today I went there for just a Dr Pepper. I again made the mistake of just driving home with my order assuming it would be correct… sat down, took a big sip, it was Coke. Yuck. Both times I checked my receipt and I was charged for what I ordered (two apple pies, a Dr Pepper), but I was given the wrong item. This location is right by my home and 24hrs, so it would be so convenient and great if they could actually get an order right.

    Just a little sad they don't know they're current specials and posted discounts on their windows and don't stand by those prices. Very sweet worker however. She worked hard to make it right.

    Well we ordered large drinks somehow ended up with medium eat had two ice cubes in each cup and we ordered iced tea so by the time we got it the ice had melted. I don't know if they were out of ice and cups nobody said anything when we was ordering. Had to pull around and wait for our food. The guy we brought our food out was doing his best I was disappointed to say the least. It's over 100 degrees outside I need more than two ice cubes in my ICED TEA.

    First off, I pulled up to the drive-thru expecting a simple and straightforward transaction. Oh boy, was I in for a rude awakening. I placed my order, clearly enunciating each item to ensure there was no room for error. But what did I receive? A completely different meal that resembled my order about as much as a pineapple resembles a watermelon. I decided to be understanding and rational, thinking that mistakes happen. So, I thought, no problem, I'll just call the management and get this sorted out. Imagine my utter disbelief when I dialed the number provided, only to be met with the incessant ringing of a phone that clearly had no intention of being answered by a living soul. It's as if the management had gone on an extended vacation, leaving behind a crew of bungling employees and an unanswered phone. This is no way to run a business, especially one as established as McDonald's. I expected better, especially from a location that is "normally pretty good." If you're thinking of visiting the McDonald's on Rainbow in Las Vegas, I implore you to think twice. Unless you enjoy playing a game of culinary roulette with your taste buds and have a deep desire to engage in a futile exercise of trying to reach management, stay far away. There are far better options out there where you won't have to worry about ending up with a meal that wasn't even in the same galaxy as what you ordered. This experience was a travesty, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Beware!

    You can only order on the 5 machines, then sit on a few picnic tables and wait for your food. There was no dine in option, and it took over 15 minutes to get my "fast food." My food was hot and good, but the overall experience was disappointing. Sad that there was a playground , at what point would that get used?

    So the food was prepared perfectly however the guy behind the register was a super snobby kid that was annoyed because he was trying to clock out for break. Lol Great Customer Service kid!! I needed help using my rewards for my order and was confused about ordering on the kiosk correctly like Kid, my bad for being a Customer Jesus! One day you will grow up though. Thanks for the hospitality! 😉

    I understand that it's fast food but if you get the order wrong you should not be mad and using profanity if you are a McDonald's manager it's 847 pm the manager was very rude and unprofessional she didn't have the courtesy to come and see what the problem was i understand it was extremely busy however the order taker read my order back correctly and yes I requested for my whole order to be redone because I didn't want cold fries with my fresh big Mac I know one customer doesn't make McDonald's but this will be my last visit going there usually I won't leave a rating but was so horrible.

    I walked in for a hamburger Happy Meal, and it took over 30 minutes to get my order. My food was cold because it was sitting on a counter ignored by the staff. When I questioned the girl, she claimed she was the only person working, yet the drive-thru was moving very quickly. They do not care about their customers who walk in and order anything.

    Horrible customer service. They had 2 drive through lanes open. I went through 2nd lane. Whole time i am sitting there. The first lane is getting their orders taken. I get up to the window and tell them the 2nd lane is not working and nobody is taking orders. Guess what they tell me. Go around again. No fixing the issue, person tells me its my problem. I talk to manager in drive through window and she is just as bad as the person in thr window. No attempt to make it right. I had to leave without any food and I definitely was not "Loving it". Forget McDonalds! Go to BK.

    I Almost every Saturday go to McDonald’s at this location 2020 N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV and order some breakfasts and coffee and the manager Brenda brought my breakfast to my table with the beautiful smile 😃 !! I honestly never seen anyone like Brenda before and every time I see her smile I forget all my problems 👍 Thank You Brenda and God bless you 🙏🙏

    Olive Garder delivers food Faster than this place. Somebody needs to make this place work, waiting on a drivethru for almost 20mins for a Fast food restaurant sounds kinda Ironic. 2 cars behind ne left after waiting for almost 10 mins and I left a few minutes Later, It sucks that this is the closest Mcdonalds to my house about 2mins away, but I rather go to another Mcdonalds that is 6mins away, while this place takes to take an order Im already finishing my meal if I pick up on the farther away location. So tonight I decided to go to this place again after a couple months and the pace have not chance one bit. whomever is in charge is been doing a bad Job for a while on this location, I truly hope they improve their service, but I know im not the only person who prefers to drive a little bit more to another location than order from this place.

    Slowest service ever. Coldest fries ever. Oldest food period. No large cup available. Bad attitude by the drive thru order taker. My experience was at about 11:15pm and I don't expect the same service as daytime but this was over the top. Will not be back.

    I would give this place a zero, but I'd still have to rate it. First of all, my fries were tsunami level soggy, and even with all that sogginess, the ice in my iced coffee was burnt. I don't even know how they managed to do that. By the way, some light skinned guy with curls hooked me up with a free meal because he thought I was cute :))) dont fire him tho lololoololol I also heard heard these coloureds talking about bl0wing up the entire block.So yeah. Fire them!! hahaha anyway, its been nice talking to you. I have to go bye. Love you <3 PS: they also gave me this. do better!

    I really dislike this location First let’s start with the manager been really rude like I was ordering my food and she made it hard just because I wanted to change my drink Second I was buying the BTS meal and the packaging was not it like it had nothing but the sauces related to the ad like seriously a lil package can make the difference The first is the promotion and how it’s supposed to look I get not all locations are the same but seriously not even the BTS logo Total disappointed

    Avoid this location. No customer service whatsoever. I understand it’s McDonalds and shouldn’t expect much from them but employees have the worst attitude, don’t even look at you in the eye, walk away when you ask something without and answer so you have no idea if they’re listening or not. When I say employees I mean this bad experience occurred with 4 of them not including the manager. Not to mention this isn’t the first or second time!

    It's McDonald's, easy, lazy late night treat on the way home from work. The people are great, especially the young man working the drive-thru, kind, and patient. Drive thru has no atmosphere except the cool air rushing through the window. Maybe get a drive thru DJ and begin lights, smoke machine.

    Good spot, I enjoy the quickness, there’s a lot of different cars coming in. There’s a lot of cars actually on the road daily and it’s very very packed. So they put another person outside just to take the orders at the beginning and I was even more useful the line was moving very quickly. I really appreciate the quickness to speed, and I was only getting a coffee and still was very quick there was about 10 to 20 cars online just waiting so. I really appreciate the drive-through, the work that they did there has been really good and obviously like I said McDonald’s is always the McDonald’s. So all the food is pretty much the same. It doesn’t change but other than that like the quickness of the spot and also the queen this is very nice. Location wise is really really good there is Rainbow and Lakemeade which is a really really good location. Are usually work a little bit more of topics in the Christian store at Simply Uncaged Christian gift store. So I really appreciate that quickness to arrive there at the speed of everything, and the location is perfect. And like I said again it it’s McDonald’s so the food is pretty much the same always and it doesn’t change. I just went for a coffee so it’s kind of normal, and we also won free latte I believe and also for a smoothie. So everything in terms of food is the same thing, people and the helpers were actually really cool and really good people on there very fast taking the payment as well so everything was really quick and a very speedy and I appreciate it

    Prices were iffy meaning it showed one price then paid 2.50 extra for ketchup I didn't order or wanted. So much ketchup I had it pouring out and swimming in my burger which I could even enjoy.😵‍💫🤔🥴

    I came to eat here and the manager Martha was very rude . She cusses alot and treats her employees very badly . I could hear everything she was saying and all the racist remarks she was saying in Spanish maybe she thought I didn’t understand . She is a very rude person and needs to understand some people don’t play around . Karma will pay back all these people and god has the last say in everything . Another worker named Erika was very rude as well. Not only are they ugly but also rude lol .

    Not a regular McDonald's. Need a code for the bathroom, so you have to wait until someone isn't busy to help you enter the rest room. The kitchen is slow at orders and forgets certain items ordered. If it's a pick up, they won't call you, they leave your order at the pickup window. To get a utensils, napkins or sauces you have to wait until someone isnt busy, as there is only one person taking orders.

    Quick run to the best of west to pick up supplies. Afterwards thought ok let's grab a bite. Ask for a double quarter deluxe Got home in n.lv, first bite Single. Bravo 😡🤬🤬🤬 Honestly, previously work at a McDonald's in Utah. This was unexpectable. Step up!! Being by a freeway doesn't give any reason to DOUBLE CHECK 😤😤 If you messed up I truly won't mind waiting for a proper meal I ordered. Its call. . . Integrity

    It took them 20 minutes to give me my order. I ordered a small fry and a medium smoothie. I saw my bag of fries just sitting there while the employee worked extremely slow. So i got my fries cold AND the bag was dirty. And the smoothie wasnt even filled all the way. There wasnt many people inside or in the drive thru.

    It appears to be a corporate location as the prices are lower than the other locations in the same area. They do ask for you to pull through the drive thru to wait for orders more than necessary. I was asked to pull through to wait for a small soda the last time. Really? After waiting for over 5 minutes I ended up going inside to find my soda sitting on the register. I did end up doing the survey about the poor experience. I usually use the mobile app to order and pay but this time it didn't send my order through which was another problem and I ended up not being able to use the app coupon which cost me more in the end. I'm in no hurry to return to this location.

    The cheeseburgers are really bad I feel sorry for the kids who eat happy-meals at any Macdonald's in Vegas. Parents look in the happy-meals the burger looks like it was sat out over night. They throw anything in the box or bag the food is never fresh.

    Ordered a #1, 2 McChicken sandwich, large fries, and 10 pc chicken. Didn't check the bag until I got home, and all I got was a #1 and 30 pieces of chicken nuggets. Not driving back 5 miles to fix my order. Always check your order before driving off!

    First off: Brenda is the STAR of the show here. I always see her working hard, always has a smile for you and doesn't hide from the customers when they want to place an order or need a problem solved. Sadly everything is down hill from there. I've done Uber Eats here for about 5 months now and from what I've seen and from other posters comments I can assure you this place is a nightmare. I place blame fully on the managers. Not a friendly smile on a single one of them. They're completely uninterested in helping you. In fact I've seen them hide and send employees out to handle problems, yell at customers to use the kiosks, walk right past customers who've been standing at the register for 10+ minutes and it only gets worse. If you're looking for customer service and good food go across the street to Chick-Fil-A.

    If you have food allergies and need to customize your order, do NOT go to this McDonald's. I've gone to this location a two times now and each time they've COMPLETELY messed up our order. Thank goodness my son is only a little picky with his food (because he's 3) and not that he has food allergies. The tags say the correct updates to our items, but the items themselves are always screwed up someway. So, you don't even know til you start eating it, unless you open and check each item before leaving. We definitely won't be going back to this location EVER. Because of the messing up orders each time AND because today they had the RUDEST person working the ordering/paying part of the drive thru. We so very rarely order out, because it's so much healthier/tastier to eat at home; but when we do, it'd be great if it weren't a terrible experience. I've worked these jobs before, they aren't hard. But this location definitely doesn't get it.

    Rarely do reviews but had to share how rude this particular visit was. First, I go through the drive thru and the person taking my order asked me " what do you want?" Not wecome, not hello, not thank you for chosing McDonald's, what would you like to order....i ordered a meal and he didn't even ask me what kind of drink or what size meal, i had to prompt him to add that info. after ordering, he did not ask me if my order on the screen was correct. Next i go to pay window and this young lady was the only polite person who had customer service skills at this store. After i pay, i go to pick up window and the girl handed me 2 drinks and i said that i didnt order the 2nd drink, she replied repeating my order and says ohh...closes the window. She then handed me my bag of food with no napkins and no straw. She didnt even say thank you. .many other food establishments in the area to choose from so you'd think they would be polite to keep customers coming. Rude rude rude! I get home and my chicken sandwich is burnt! Ughhh

    Several customers including myself waiting on average 30 minutes plus with a line almost out the door. Now this would be understandable for a Friday but when you have staff on phones with coworkers and you can see people's orders on the food prep counter just sitting there not being tended to like most fast food places, that isn't right. When I did get my order I had gotten a chicken sandwich vs the hamburger I had order. Normally I probably would have just taken the chicken sandwich but when I see customer neglect, I'm getting what I paid for.

    Kinda ghetto interior. It's got a really weird layout and the machines weren't working. Food wasn't bad but took hecka long to make. Would recommend finding another McDonald's to be honest. This one just ain't it chief.

    I ordered a happy meal and got it in a bag and i payed $0.90 for an extra patty and all the burger had was 1 patty and stale buns. My strawberry shake was barely mixed and had most of the strawberry syrup settled at the bottom.

    Avoid this mcdonalds if going inside. I was there for over 20 minutes, nobody came to the front to order with several people meandering around in the back. I guess managers are above taking orders. Me, and the other 2-3 people had to use the self service. Problem is, I was only ordering a coke. Now I had to wait over 10 minutes while my coke sat there for somebody to bring it forward. There are no front lobby soda machines.

    PLACE SHOULD BE CONSIDERED CLOSED!!! don't order here!!! Definitely NOT 24/7. We put an online order and paid for it. When we got there the lobby was closed and there was two staff outside waiting for people to pick up their food but when we ask for our order she said they were closed, they didn't have cooks and that they are not making any food. I told her that we already paid for our food and it said in the app that it's ready for pick up and they didn't even go back in and check.. At the same time other people were coming up to pick up food. One from door dash and they kept repeating that they aren't making any food. And they walked away. Whole place is under construction.. I don't understand why have it "operating" if it's under remodeling. Company shouldn't be that desperate for money. There is no way to cancel the order or have it sent to another location. Were are emailing for a refund.

    i just pulled up to order my food, the person told me to pull to the next window. I was there and seen the worker, then they just left without saying anything. So I went to the second window, blonde haired lady told me that I didn’t pay. Excuse me ma’am I was going to pay, but the worker never attended me at the first window & she told me “ well everyone behind you paid “ woman look, you really think I’m about to just skip and not pay for my food?? you funny cause that comment wasn’t needed. & second it’s not my fault your employee didn’t tell me to give them a moment to go do whatever they went to go do. She just made me feel as if I’m just trying to get some food out of her without paying for it. Mad annoying.

    My son took me for a coffee & I was surprised it’s about the same price as Starbucks! The iced mocha latte was really sweet & barely drinkable , not the best however, so I won’t be going there again. Drive through was decent , employee wasn’t nice or rude & not enough interaction to rate. Drive through was quick.

    The service was mega slow. The manager was doing most of the work. I swear the workers were high on something. One of the workers stood looking at a bag for about a minute. He checked the order 3 times and then gave it to the customer. I know those fries were cold. One person is the drive through held up the staff with a large order. I don't know if it was all there first day but, it is not a good look.

    My child's chicken nuggets were overcooked. The young lady at the cashiers window lacked customer service. The young lady at the service window was very polite, but they totally weren't organized with orders. They almost gave me two happy meals when I only ordered one. I ordered a chocolate milkshake but they brought me a vanilla and when they fixed it, it wasn't edible, tasted like a cup full of syrup. Then I was asked what else I was waiting for lol 🤣 I was still missing the food! I like the employees there though, they're young....it's the manager who apparently is overwhelmed!

    What's to say..best food would be the fries however you do need to tell them to drop fresh fries, be willing to wait 3 to 5 mins..also the Ice cream cones are tasty if only the servers knew how to properly make an ice cream cone. Most times they are Very VERY small but the cost has gotten raised..Really McDonald's!!

    Arrived at around 3 pm. during remodeling . It's not a place to be running during remodeling . Signs of renovation needed. Ordered in to take out thru screen . Waited 10 mins . The plain cheeseburger was dry and overcooked. They probably had the flat top set up a few degrees high to cook up the beef during rush hour, which unfortunately over cooks the beef patties. Staff was friendly but quiet with no coordination and direction from the management. Hence, the long line and wait . Mcds needs to step up when training the staff management. You wouldn't be having this long line and wait time if you just your voice to coordinate the staff and manage what's needed . It shouldn't take more than 3 mins to run a order with 9 men staff . 2 in drive thru 2 cashiers 3 in the kitchen 1 runner and 1 manager can be done. Technically, management should be directing, not running orders they should be supervising
