My watch needed a new battery and they took care of it very quickly at a cost of only $10. Staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient.

Jada, was extremely helpful and encouraging after several tries to get my watch running correctly! I had my watch overhauled and she assured me from day one the Jewelers of LV will make it right! We went to The Jewelers In January 2023 to have one of the prongs on my wedding ring repaired. My husband bought the ring 30 years ago from The Jewelers. We have been so happy with their products, prices, and customer service that they are the only jeweler we have used since 1993. While we were waiting for the prong to be repaired we started looking at anniversary bands. My husband has wanted to upgrade my wedding ring for years but I wanted to keep my original ring for sentimental reasons. Laura had been helping us with the repair order. While we were looking she asked if she could make a suggestion. We replied, "Yes please." She said, "I know you want to keep your original ring, but have you considered a new diamond for the center setting? You get to keep the ring he put on your finger when you got married but add to it." She brought out a diamond that was absolutely beautiful and much larger than my current diamond but it did not overpower the other diamonds in the ring. This is an option I had never even considered. We are so grateful to Laura for her suggestion and wonderful customer service!!! I absolutely love my ring! Thank you The Jewelers for always considering the wants and needs of your customers! We will be lifelong customers!

I’ve been going to The Jeweler’s for years. They always have the most amazing service. It’s the only place in town I feel comfortable leaving my jewelry. It comes out looking better than new.

Polite friendly and knowledgeable. I had to return my first pair of earrings but Alicia helped me find something that worked for me and in my budget.

After several interactions with this jeweler I thought I was fortunate to have found them in Las Vegas (Summerlin). They appeared super pro, knowledgeable and honest until they destroyed my engagement ring (it kept coming apart after they put a new setting around the diamond) and then wanted to charge me another $700 to repair it. True Story. After a couple of charged conversations with an assistant manager, and a call-back after writing a not-flattering Google review (and taking down my original glowing one), the owner did repair my ring at no charge. But the conversations prior to that were insulting when the manger insinuated it was my ring's fault because "it was so broken down and it should be white gold instead of platinum" (really?)" so that's why it kept breaking. Well, if I'd been told that before purchasing the new setting, I might have made another decision. I do appreciate Lisa, Amanda and the owner Mordechai, who has a good reputation for selling diamonds in Vegas, for stepping in to do the right thing and, frankly go above and beyond addressing this issue. Mordechai, assured me this is a "family owned business" and that I could reach out to him in the future with any issues. Hopefully this is the end of the story.

West Lake Mead near Rampart, Summerlin Store - I have been a patron of this store for 6 years. All-be-it to merely have batteries replaced for my “fun” time pieces. I have had all my fine jewelry pieces custom made when I lived in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA. I am retired and moved to LV for the dry weather on aging bones. I recently brought in a “fun” watch for a battery replacement. The jeweler was concerned that the battery might not hold for this watch. It didn’t. Due to my schedule I couldn’t bring it back that day so a couple days later I brought it back to inquire if I could return the battery in exchange for having another “fun” watch sized. The jeweler was on vacation but the female manager, although polite, would not attempt to consider it since the work was done. Yes, the work was done, but the jeweler’s concerns were correct. The battery could have been returned for future use since the problem was most likely the watch, not the battery. Because of her less than gracious position, I proceeded with her retrieving from the safe, a 3ct oval lab-made Diamond to sit on my finger for size purposes and to also size my chosen finger. Later, I selected another jeweler to custom craft the vintage design I wanted for a 3ct. oval Emerald set East to West accompanied with Diamonds as a hallo. The sale could have been theirs if after speaking with the jeweler upon his return, was able to craft my vintage design, and equally as important to me, had the manager been gracious with quality customer service. This would never take place in the elite town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. They understand that exceptional customer service brings their local customers back time and time again, earning them large sums money. My jeweler in Carmel had crafted for me several custom pieces all made with real, nature mined, high-end-quality gemstones, for which these jeweler’s only carry, as opposed to high quality lab-made stones, all the while offering consistent exceptional customer service. What a shame to lose such a potentially huge sale from someone who on that day, dressed in workout clothes, not appearing to have that kind of money, actually does. Hopefully, for the sake of their future business and potential affluent customers, lesson learned?

I made a quick stop to the shop to repair a broken necklace, I was estimated a couple days but in just a couple of hours I received a call from the shop that my necklace was ready for pick up. The service was fast, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to be coming back for all my jewelry repairs.

I have to say, I have been in many jewelry stores in my lifetime. Sadly, some are so Pretentious and downright rude so I was skeptical to go into yet another, but let me tell you, I was greeted by Laura so sweetly and happily I was at ease right away. I have never met someone so nice. She literally went out of her way to help me. I am in the customer service industry myself and feel it’s lacking now a days, but not here and definitely not Laura. My husband and I were interested in a ring and she literally drove to the other location, that day right then, to pick up a loose stone for the setting to see if we would like it. Who does that????? Laura, that’s who!!!!! Never in my wildest would I have thought anyone would. She is AMAZING. I highly recommend this jeweler and Laura. Ailina was very nice and helpful. They repaired my ring in one day. My ring is very sentimental to me, a memorial diamond and I was eerie to leave it out of my sight. But the staff was very comforting and they actually take a picture of the ring I left behind. Bottom line I would definitely go back and would recommend to others.
