Dr. Ali and his staff were punctual and attentive to my needs today -- as usual! This follow-up visit was almost "in-and-out" -- very quick! Once again I fond their services to be extremely congenial and effective. If you are seeking a new health care primary physician, I highly recommend that you check out Aviation Medical!

Very pleasant physician and staff! My first visit with Dr. Ali and I will definitely keep him as my primary physician. He listened to all my needs and gave me all the appropriate referrals plus more. The medical students working under him did a good job. His front desk staff is very pleasant and they got me an appointment relatively quickly. Cynthia is excellent at drawing blood and took care of all my paperwork and referrals. Great overall care and experience!

What a wonderful office! Staff is friendly and professional. The waiting room is calm, serene and comfortable, also did I mentioned they have a slushee machine! Well they do! Initially I was nervous about my health condition I was being seen for and sometimes it’s little things like that, that can make you feel better about your appointment. Dr.Ali made me feel heard, which was a nice change of pace being a poc often you feel like your concerns are being overlooked. Not with Doctor Ali! I will most definitely be a long term patient from now on.

Dr. Ali is great! His staff is so friendly and his office is beautiful! He offers so many amazing treatments and I always feel like the only patient there when I’m there! Great and efficient service!!

I haven't ever had a primary care who I immediately felt comfortable with. Dr. Ali was attentive and thorough. He listened to my concerns and addressed them for me. The front desk staff and MA were all very friendly as well. The office is beautiful with a peaceful waiting room. Also, I did not have to wait past my appointment time to be seen, which is always a nice added bonus.

This place is awesome! I just changed from Doctors Center and Dr.Ali was very thorough and understood all the issues I brought to him. Huge bonus, the waiting room is dope! And they have slushies! To help with them sugar levels. The office manager Cynthia was super helpful and took care of us right away. Glad I made the change, you should too!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! Upon my arrival was greeted at the desk by the most courteous staff ever encountered at a medical facility. I was directed to the waiting room like no other. The chairs and atmosphere provided made for an enjoyable and comfortable wait which was not long at all. The Doctor was professional and took the time to make sure everything I came in for was addressed. I have NEVER had such a pleasant experience at a medical facility and would recommend this place and Dr.Ali to anyone who needs medical care. You are treated like a human and not like an assembly line of patients which is so refreshing in today’s medical community.

Originally after reading forums online on how bad the health care can be in Las Vegas, I was considering shelling out $2000+ a year for a private concierge doctor. Fortunately, I was blessed to find Aviator Medical Center. Now after visiting a few times, I have enough data to share all positive things about this practice: * The new patient appointment time was less than a week compared to a month+ with some other places I called. My insurance I purchased off market was accepted. * Dr. Ali Ahmed is a thorough non-judgemental medical doctor and is ALWAYS ON TIME!!! If you arrive early, I love how he invested money into a nice office with an upgraded comfortable waiting lounge. Seriously it's like a mini movie theater.. I think I saw a slushy machine or something in there. * I had no clue about what pharmacy to use out here. The recommendation provided was Medicine Shoppe and it may be the best I have ever used in my life. Includes free-delivery anywhere in the city, including downtown.. saves me another hour of my day. Now for comparison, I usually had to clear out an entire block of my day with my former doctor the last 8 traumatic years. First it was +30m extra time in the initial awkward waiting area and then the nurse assistant put me in the back room to wait another 45m-1hr+ every visit.. which not only wasted my time, but the nail in the coffin was as an adult, I had to listen to lectures about alcohol being found in urine on a Monday morning and implying that I had a drinking problem, while they never once bothered to run a lipid panel to ensure the liver and cholesterol levels stay in check. Hope this review helps someone. I think the care from Aviator will add a few years on life.. =o)

I visited this office for the first time and I can say Dr. Ali made me feel so comfortable and you can tell he care. This will be my doctor for now on. The office was clean and staff made me feel welcomed.

Dr.Ali is the most caring doctor I have known in the 50+ years I have lived in Las Vegas.I met him when he did my wife’s aftercare when she had a stroke a couple of years ago. He listens to you and explains everything. I have been to several of the large medical facilities here in Las Vegas over the years where you are treated like the hundreds if not thousands of patients that get funneled through them like cattle. Also I have not had a personal physician that I could call my doctor until recently when I had the opportunity to meet and talk with this man. I trust this man with my life and carry his card in my wallet now in case of any emergencies that should arise,God forbid. I highly recommend if you are looking for a doctor in this city you take the time to call them. Their office staff is always friendly and courteous and wait times are never long. It so nice to now have a physician that I wholeheartedly believe in.

I had an a great experience at Aviator Health today. It was my first visit and everybody made me feel really comfortable. The administrative assistants were so helpful and friendly, plus the doctors were very thorough and understanding. I'm happy to have found such a great care provider in Las Vegas.

I love this place !!! I have felt heard and cared for from the first phone call . Asia is a doll and we have a great connection. The NP Dominique Scott is attentive and I am grateful for her care. Horrible horrible service… I have serious medical issues and have needed to see the Dr for weeks. Every time I have needed him since becoming his patient, he is NEVER there. I’ve went to his office 3 times in past week in a half (just this flare up) and he’s left early for no apparent reason every time…? I’ve made it clear to his staff how serious this is and he hasn’t even reached out to me. Then when I finally am able to get him to see me this wed, he cancels the day before? This is beyond unacceptable imo

Such a great office, from the decoration to the office staff. Dr. Ali is amazing. He really takes the time to listen to what you have to say and you never feel rushed. For years, my husband and I have been looking for a doctor and staff that really enjoys what they do MORE than they enjoy getting money out of our insurance company for visits. This is the place. Dr. Ali and Cynthia care very much for their patients and seem to really enjoy what they do. We are grateful for the care we receive here. Dr. Ali listens to his patients and treats the accordingly. Dr Ali is always patient to listen to one's problems and then explains all avenues to medically resolve the issues. He takes his time to ensure full understanding of reason for visit.

Great Experience at Dr Ali’s Clinic. Ambiance and chairs in the waiting area is very excellent, chairs were so comfortable, We dont mind if we had to wait for a long time. Clinic is clean and organize. Nurse who assisted us looks friendly and was nice and professional. Dr Ali also did not rush , but took time to assess me and my husband and also asked if theres anything that we need and reassured us that we can just contact him anytime if theres any problem! I would definitely recommend dr Ali and canyonwest medical to my relatives and friends! :)

In my recent visit to this clinic I was very pleased with my experience. Not only was the staff friendly and fast but Dr. Ali was extremely compassionate and established a plan of care with such clarity. This clinic was determined to provide me high quality care along with making me feel confident that I received the care that was uniquely made for me. But overall I want emphasize how professional Dr. Ali was. He took the time to answer every single question I had and I never felt pressured. If you need a doctor who is passionate, friendly, expert in his field and trustworthy he is definitely the one to go to.

First, it's hard to get through to somebody second they keep sending my mother's prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. The CNA or Nurse whatever she is is incompetent. I will be looking for another doctor for my mother.

I cannot recommend Canyon West Medical enough! Dr. Ali was so incredibly compassionate and wonderful and took time to really explain my condition and genuinely help me at my most vulnerable post hospitalization. That is a rarity! The staff is also exceptional and made me feel so comfortable. Go to these incredible people!!!
