    I went into the Drive-thru Completely empty At the time and ordered a number one Big Mac meal no pickle and When I got home to eat my meal everything was extremely dry and hard. The burger patty was dark and almost black looking in addition to the lettuce being dry, brown, and wilted from sitting in the heater for a VERY long time. The bun was dry and hard as a hockey puck when I picked it up and the cheese was dry and hard on the corners from once again being in the warmer due to what I was assuming a previous order that was extra and they thought it was reasonable to still hand it out and leave the pickles on it which is why I know it was an old sandwich and the crew was just too lazy to make a fresh sandwich which literally takes less than a minute to make. All of this and I havnt even mentioned how old and cold the fries were. Overall one of the worst experiences ever. Please fix this issue . Even the box was in poor shape for whatever the reason. Literally no one in the drive thru before I even pulled in. No excuse for this laziness!!!!!!!

    I received my food with what looks like mold or hair?? I'm really not sure what this is. I told the manager and was able to get a refund but this is really gross. I can't recommend this location to anyone.

    McRib is back!!! As many nature lovers and birders look forward to the return to the swallows returning to San Juan Capistrano, so the McRib faithful wait for the return of this elusive delicacy. In this case we went through to get a friend some food and happened to ask if it was available, as there was no obvious promotion. And it is available for a limited time!!! Don't delay!!

    I was here at 2am. The woman on the drive they claimed she was manager. I called. The same woman answered. Very UNPROFESSIONAL,IGNORANT, and WONT ACKNOWLEDGE when the CUSTOMER is RIGHT. I understand they employees are stressed, but if you can’t handle it. Why take the job?

    Dining area full of flies. Almost 30 minutes to get our food after ordering on the app for table service. Then they ignore you at the counter when you check on your order. This place really sucks. Always horrible speed of service. What does the gm even do here to address these issues?

    I will never ever EVER waste my time at this location. Horrible food! How can you serve a custom cheeseburger cold hard and nasty? If it's custom, shouldn't it be fresh?

    When managers on laptops are present services are great. No fountain drink access when dining in. Photo was proof of my purchase that no hash browns was placed in my bags. My favorite is the Spicy McChicken not listed below.

    How hard is it to make well done fresh fries when asked? What happened to wearing a turtle neck to work when your neck is covered in hickies? We got sent home. Keep your business to yourself. Your customers don't need to know what you were doing last night. If you don't have one you can use a frozen spoon, ice, quarter, alcohol, aloe vera, etc and it's gone just like that. Not cute at work, but I forgot Saweetie is on the happy meal so this is acceptable for McDonald's I can see.

    Rude rude rude manager!! I was there to pick up my mobile order but decided to go inside because my daughter needed the restroom but she said she couldn't give me the code and was too busy to send someone! I asked, you can't give me daughter the code?? And she just said no! Never ever has this happened to me before at a McDonald's.

    Worse McDonald’s I have been at the customer service is bad starting from when you order in drive thru. I’m trying to order my food and the girl decides for me I wanted a large and the drink an ice tea I’m like I don’t want that drink and I’m trying to repeat my order but she keeps repeating ice tea so I can tell she got mad at me she was talking to me with attitude and it’s the girl with a hoop earring on her nose then I pay her still giving me attitude and then at the end they didn’t give me all my meals and my drink was nasty it had 2 drinks in one . Like why you have people working like that with attitude I’m never coming again to this McDonald’s and I don’t recommended at all and if I could I would give it no star but even the girls in the lobby have the dam sassy attitude and looking at u all bad

    McDonald's restaurant at 3175 N Rancho Las Vegas, NV 89130. It's always a pleasure to visit. The entire Mgmt, Miss Yumari y Paola, Esther, Maria-Cuca, Perla y George, and the team are truly amazing, especially the afternoon & night crew!!! Thanks ❤️❤❤ Sergio Gonzalez Las Vegas, NV

    I Love McDonald's but this location needs work or maybe new management food is always hard/cold or old and I know how it should taste worked there for almost 2 years

    I went in on 10/5/22 at 12:38pm. Went inside to place a to-go order. A person tried to cut in line, as I was standing by kiosk, he yelled at me an threatened me, luckily, manager and cashier asked him to chill.. I ended up leaving during my lunch break and went thru drive thru because this person got in my face and threatened me. He's lucky staff came out, as well as other customers. Ridiculous that this is allowed. I suggest security

    Service is always up and down. I also try to come here at night and they're always "closed" why do you say open 24 hours if you don't take orders?

    Went through the drive-thru at 2:20am. They had both windows staffed, and both ladies working were very pleasant. Food and fries were hot, and the burgers were probably the best I have ever had at any McDonald's location.

    We all know how McDs has been the past few years. They do a DBL drive through and make you pull around front so the fries are nasty by the time you get them. I think I have been to this one like 3 times in a row and due to order window inline and not parallel, there is no 2nd lane fighting to be first, they have not made me pull to the front, and the 5 stars goes to the most important part, I got hot and cooked fries, no sogginess! This is rare with McDs of late so I will give the kudos when its looking like a trend there!

    Had sausage McMuffin this morning and a hash brown. Bad oil, hash brown seemed different from any other I’ve had and I should have not eaten it. I’ve been sick all day long.

    I live by another McDonald’s that closer to me however, I make the drive to this one because they always get my order right and the food seems to always be fresh!     Nice place, pretty new too. They forget basic stuff like condiments and straws sometimes so you have to check. but guess it's just common at most fast food places now.

    I'm glad my order was correct. I just have to check all the time before i leave because every time, i assumed it was always wrong. I've experienced it many times. I just hope they always double/triple check everyones order. Going forward, nobody wants to wait a long time to get the wrong order!

    I came to this McDonald’s the other day and ordered an online meal. They didn’t have what I ordered, so I asked the manager for a refund. She not only didn’t give me a refund, she threw away my food in front of me. I called the coperate number, and still couldn’t get my money back. Now I’m missing $25 because this CHEAP McDonald’s won’t give it back to me. I just disputed the charge on my credit card, because that is RIDICULOUS. I will never come back here again.

    The older man who greets me and takes my order or helps me with my kiosk order is always very generous and kind very funny and likes to make you smile I'll never forget that man luckily I'm a regular so I get to see him often best McDonald's in town just for their customer service alone not to mention they get my order right every single time and I order difficult.

    I'm handicapped. The staff was very accommodating. What warrants mention is the music. Thank you for having an eclectic mix of 'normal' music laced with Christmas music. It's delightful!

    I came by and ordered my kids a happy meal. They were probably busy which is totally understandable. Once I got to the window they asked what my order was. I told then what I ordered. They handed me an order but it wasn't completed. Waited a few minutes till the opened the window again to see what I needed. Told them I was missing a few items and if I could bother them for a small cup of hot water. The lady didn't seem to understand. So I asked her in Spanish. The woman behind her yelled at me saying what did I want. I repeated calmly that I just asked for my items remaining and a cup of hot water. She told me that I didn't order the hot water and it costs a dollar. She then said thank you and closed the window on me. Never will I come to this location again. I work in fast food retail and it's sad to see people treat customers like that.

    Lady in the drive Thru had a melt down at the drive thru menu turn off her car got out and went to argue with the lady in the money transaction window ( both talked in Spanish) which shut down the drive thru for fifteen minutes blocking all vehicles behind her. McDonald's employees stepped up to the plate started going to people's cars with food they had ordered and help them back out. About two or three cars. When they got my order and I was able to get my drink the angry lady a car ahead of me decided to leave and quit blocking all the cars in. Although I was a bit late to my Doctor appointment, I was very thankful the McDonald's employees did their very best to help other customers out and resolve the situation when one customer decided to throw a fit! Ten Stars and many Thanks to the McDonald's employees who did their VERY BEST to keep the business going despite a difficult situation!!!

    Come here with my kids after school for the purpose of the play area since they are now open and is a great indoor option to going to a park in this weather, but what is the purpose of closing the play area during right AFTER SCHOOL times. That doesnt make any sense. Why hold a meeting at the time all the kids come in to play? Wouldn't it be more reasonable to do your hour long meetings in the morning before rush hour? Or maybe right after lunch? Maybe it should also be POSTED so that instead of finding out once our food is ordered I could have had left for another location before wasting my time and money for a location where my kids wont be allowed to play? Absolutely ridiculous.

    ANTONIO WAS THE BEST I LOVED HIS ENERGY HE MADE ME SMILE..♡ As for another lady in the back with the red lipstick who told Antonio to shut up and stop yelling which he was not he was uplifting upbeat and I thought it was completely out of line in a workspace for someone to say especially in front of the customer shut up to their co-worker all I have to say is Antonio you rock you did a great job keep up the awesome work!!!!!!!!!!!

    I will no kidding go out of my way to come to this particular location. Their ice cream machine has never been down when I come and I’ve always gotten fresh food. Consistent good customer service. I sincerely hope they keep it up!

    They just can't seem to get orders right anymore! If you say no cheese, you can bet your bottom dollar they'll add cheese. If you say no ketchup, you'll have half a bottle of ketchup on your burger. Wake up!

    I arrived at Mcdonald's on Cheyenne and Rancho at approximately 1:00am and upon reaching the intercom. The attendant stated that they were only accepting orders from Uber Eats and Door Dash. A horrible experience, how can they not serve a customer that is in their line. I thought Mcdonald's corporation was built on customer service, I unfortunately did not experience that today.

    This has got to be my favorite McDonald's of all time! you never disappoint! The employees are CONSISTANTLY friendly and in a good mood! Your Drive-thru concept is amazing because I never loose my place in line! and they are CONSISTENTLY effective (FAST/QUALITY Service). I am very picky about my McDonald's food items but specially my coffee and this is the only McDonald's that gets it right every time! Keep up the great work, I really APPRECIATE your service!!

    Went with my lil girl while waiting for oil change and AC inspection... Used mobile app to have food brought to table.. Waitress looks in the room and starts to walk out.. Say hey where you going ? She must be new and not know table #'s .. 10mins pass and she does it again.. I see a lady leaving playland area 10mins and comes back with a full tray of food.. I say i hope she new.. She looks mad and says must be.. Ohh and They dont give you the lid to cups you have to go back to counter to get them ...annoying !

    Stop rushing and make the orders the right way. Listen to what customers are telling you and stop listening to others, or your phones and not paying attention. You'll catch more flies with honey.

    Always getting the orders wrong. I ordered using the mobile app using the deal of a 99cent coffee and she went into the system and took out the deal and gave us a small latte when we ordered a large iced vanilla coffee and charged us $2 instead of $1 and then when we tried to correct her and she gave us a medium coffee and didn’t give us our refund. Every time we go there they always get our order wrong, and it’s so frustrating because we try to be so nice but they are so rude to us. So this is my review upon the multiple encounters we have.

    Let's keep this in context , this is a McDonald's- that said this is one of the better locations albeit busier. Never had a problem with my order, food was fresh, Iced coffees are good ( not too much cream or too much syrup ) fries not too stale and customer service is decent.
