Oh
my
goodness
if
you're
from
the
south
and
are
looking
for
a
taste
of
home,
stop
here.
It's
been
a
while
since
I've
had
an
excellent
southern
breakfast
and
Gritz
absolutely
killed
it.
I
came
in
on
a
Thursday
at
930am
thinking
I'd
be
the
only
brunch
patron
in
the
late
morning
on
a
weekday.
I
was
wrong,
the
place
was
packed.
Once
seated,
however,
service
was
excellent.
I
came
in
to
try
the
biscuits
and
gravy,
but
the
chicken
fried
steak
and
chicken
and
waffles
were
also
calling
my
name.
The
waitress
pointed
out
I
could
get
the
chicken
fried
steak
meal,
which
already
comes
with
gravy,
the
upgrade
my
side
tona
waffle,
and
add
a
biscuit
and
a
chicken
wing
a
la
carte
to
get
all
three.
So,
I
did.
It
was
way
too
much
food
for
one
person,
but
I
kept
eating
to
unsafe
levels
because
it
was
all
so
delicious.
The
star
for
me,
however,
were
the
grits.
They
were
perfect.
I
usually
have
to
add
extra
butter,
but
not
here.
All
of
the
food
was
just
delicious
and
comforting.
Highly
recommend.
