I do a lot of shopping for my pet here. (Edit) I wish they had a separate page for the groomer, as I like the store itself. But the groomer... The short version: Groomers have our dogs the worst haircuts I have ever seen, both too short, , looks like they got 2/3 of the way through the other and forgot to cut the remaining 1/3, which is the upper part, and both dogs were cut by clippers. Wouldn't fix it. Only refunded. Super sloppy job we now have to get fixed. We brought have brought our dogs there for a while, and while the haircuts were nothing to write home to about, they were fine. But since everything opened back up, the last two haircuts were SHAMEFUL. Last time, they were simply cut shorter than we wanted. But alright. Maybe it was a one time thing. This time, it's worse. My wife asked that the hair on their bodies be trimmed a bit longer, mentioning it was too short last time anyway, and we wanted them to be warm, but wanted the hair around their heads and their rears, which grow like crazy, needed a good trim. They said it would be right about 4 hours. No problem. She left. They call early, and said dogs were done. Odd but alright. She goes to get the dogs, basically has them handed off to her with no real talk about the cut, and rushed out the door. They are shaved down nearly to the skin. Its SO SHORT. The one with the mane, it looks like they got up towards her shoulders, stopped, and never finished. You can see tracks where its slightly longer and missed with the clippers on the body. Her mane was hardly touched, maybe slight evening at her ears, but otherwise looks the same. It is uneven, and WAAAAY too far down her back, and very choppy. My wife called about the satisfaction guarantee. Supposedly, they are suppose to do "What is the Look Great Guarantee? This is our promise to you that you'll love how your pet looks after a visit to our salon, or we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.". So we were like, maybe they can at least fix the mane? Fix the uneven patches? NOPE! They said that all they would do is give us a refund. Which I mean, cool... But that doesn't fix her hair. This means we are taking our dogs elsewhere to fix it. Because THIS doesn't look like any intentional haircut anyone would reasonably do. At best it looks like our dog went into surgery and had to be shaved down. The saving grace? After this we noticed the dogs both had spots that looks like they got cut up by the clippers. One on the ear, the other by her front left. Poor babies! No wonder the other one didn't want to sit to have the rest of his ears trimmed!😡

A very good store, my wife and I usually take our cute little pit bull, Hazel whenever we need to buy food, because we want her to pick out her next bone. But they have fantastic customer service and good prices on their inventory. Absolutely bring your puppy if you'd like them to have a free treat at checkout! 10/10

Great experience! Have a small teddy bear dog who has only been to the groomer once and they were very patient and loving with her 😊 I asked for a very short cut, since it’s about to be summer and they did exactly what I asked! I might go longer next time though! They had her ready when they said they would and she smelled and looked amazing! I’ll be coming back again soon with Daisy!!! ♥️

I just used the curb side pick up and it was great. I was only waiting like 15 minutes till the email said it was ready and once I said I was outside the girl came out maybe 2 minutes later and I was on my way back home. My 3 dogs got a car ride, and they got their snackies and I didn't have to worry about bringing the 3 of them into the store and then locate their snackies and wait in line lol. Great experience and great service. I will definitely be using this again because it was easier than going through a drive thru for dinner lol. Well now that my boys will have great smelling breath instead of hot dragon 🐉 breath to wake me up with I'm totally happy with my purchase and experience today with the petsmart on Nellis behind Walmart.

PetSmart carries just about everything you can ever want for your pets. Unfortunately for my kitties, the harness and leash combos I purchased for them did not fit them comfortably enough for our move to another state. Good news though, even though my cats shed a little hair on their new harnesses, the employee and manager were happy to allow me to remove any hair and gave me a full refund. I really do love PetSmart and so have all my animals for the past 10+ years.

I wouldn't recommend taking your dog here. It almost seems as if they find reason NOT to groom your dog. I puppy JUST turned 4 months and instead of accommodating or making an exception for a new pet owner they turm you away. I called another place and she was so friendly and willing to help for something simple as a wash and brush. Don't bother to take your dog here....

I bring my dog here to get groomed and Emma always does an outstanding job! She cuts my pups hair so cute and she is always so sweet! I couldn't imagine bringing him anywhere else 🥰

Great staff. A loud YOU ROCK!! shout out to them. For making you feel welcome as soon as you enter, and gladly offering their help if needed. My best part of it all. Every staff we saw was smiling and enjoying their work. You don't see that very often anymore. So i am pleased to have stopped by and i recommend this store. Great job PetSmart. Glad to have you guys there for our little ones.

People greet you cheerfully, but I received more help from Vet's Counter. I pushed button, and still had to yell at the guy darting past me, cause he couldn't hear it. He was very nice when did finally heard me. It's getting better. Checker that greeted me was a Cheerful Delight.

I am so sick of this location. I’m tired of these rude employees. If you don’t like your job that is not my problem and do not take it out on me. I have never had a good experience at this location but continue to come because it is the nearest location to me. Today I’m just really fed up. I was there at 9am. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in, nor was I greeted when I got to the register. First thing the cashier said was do you want a bag. Like hello, good morning, what happened to that? Then she makes me enter my own phone number in instead of typing it like every one else does so while I’m entering my phone number in she greets everyone that walks in. I’m starting to think it’s a race thing and it’s ridiculous. I checked out at 9:01am. You just got to work. There is no reason why you should be upset or already having a bad day. But the fact that everyone else was greeted and not me makes me feel like it’s a race thing. This is not the first time this has happened. I just had enough of it today.

Everything was good for most part. They had a great selection, but I was hoping for a better variety of geckos at an affordable price. It was so big, that I was lost for a little bit.

Took my dog to get groomed , he was there for 4 hours (they get busy so that I understand) I purchased the grooming package that had ear cleaning, sanitary trim , shampoo, nail trim etc . 4 hours later no sanitary trim was done, altars not clean and nails trimmed horribly. No disrespect to the staff they were all nice but it was a waste of $60

My husband and I walked in with our new adopted puppy and one of the staff members helped us with choosing the right food, where to find toys, what kind of chew toys to get for him . She was wonderful

Pretty organized. Clean store. As much as it can be considering all the animals that xome through Friendly associates. My dog went through their training program as a puppy which was awesome.

I love going there for my animals.. The people inside are so friendly. You get help anytime.. I love visiting and walking around to see whatever kind of pets that are there.. I hope you visit and enjoy the experience too!😁💜💓💜

I come here for crickets pretty often. The staff have all been very friendly/helpful otherwise its a typical chain store.

This location is clean and generally well stocked. (Note: a store being out of stock on items is not the fault of the workers in the store.) The staff is friendly and helpful to the extent that they can be. Most Petsmart stores are understaffed in order to cut costs, and this comes from the corporate offices not the store managers.

Store always has what i need an stock, and grooming facility usually does a pretty good job on my Chihuahuas nails. (You know how chi's can be with nails 😂). Area high traffic and entrance to parking structure is an experience. But overall kept the store clean staff generally friendly.

The employees work in a pet store, I assume they love and like pets. But when you ask a question they will give you just about anything for your pet, without asking what are you looking for in you pets needs. They really need to educate these angry girls that work there stocking up the pet food.

Decent experience and fairly clean store. My only wish is that they would change up the dog toys a bit. Every time I come in here they have the exact same toys and I need more options for big dogs. They do change the stuff on the outer isles to offer holiday toys but they are cheaply made stuff that my dog would tear up in seconds.

You guys have fish in need of medical attention and they're still in their tanks unable to swim or move. It looks like they've been neglected for awhile. These sentient beings don't deserve to suffer apparently petsmart can't care for them the correct way. This beautiful red devil cichlid couldn't even swim was trying so hard to move before it actually died in front of me. Disgusting.

PetSmart was perfect for my 1st doggie store visit. The staff were amazing. I had her undivided attention. She walked me around the store as I gathered what was needed for his 1st days in his forever home. We've transitioned smoothly. Thanks guys

Pet Smarts customer service is great. I go there from time to time to get things for my animals. The store is maintained very well. The only thing I would complain about is the checkout lines. They are always horrible. And I'm not talking about like 2 or three people in line, I'm talking about 6 or 8 people. The line is always down the first isle. It also takes another employee like 5 mins to get to the other register to help. They are trying, though. Other than that, the store is a good store for the area.

Great customer service so helpful love it got a hampster he is so cute then went back and got a guinea pig. I will be going back to get another guinea pig very soon. Very nice employees they all were so very helpful. Great shopping experience.

Took my Australian cattle dog mix pittbull terrier here for her first time ever to be bathed and groomed TREVOR was great… i was iffy when seeing the reviews but everyone in that salon where sweet as can be and accommodating to my girls needs. Ive never said this before but i will be coming back again .

Horrible groomer. Said they could cut my dog's nails because he scratched his ear and was bleeding. Also they do not have staff that are capable of handling dogs with anxiety issues. Staff very incompetent. Especially the receptionist

Everyone is so friendly and helpful, they help me find everything that my puppy needs.

Visited the grooming dept.. not real impressed with them. I saw groomers talking to owners and going over what they did etc. And I never spoke to the guy who took care of my lil girl. I still tipped despite not getting that personal contact, but I will find a place that considers us important enough to share what was or was not done during her grooming session. Instead of just making sure I pay them. We are important too!

Came here for so many times in the past years. We stop by to get food for our dog; our last pets were two cats. I enjoy coming here to see cats and fish, espescially the hamsters and birds (for me, I'm much of a cat person. But since we have a dog, we're a dog family). Recently, I saw a black scorpion.😳 It was a REAL scorpion.😨 If only I took a photo of it but nope.🙅‍♂️

Based on multiple experiences. I have taken our family dog here to get groomed and the puppy always o es home refreshed, not stressed, happy and in general good humor. Never do I feel the dog is anxious or scared. The Grooming staff is always supportive and friendly. The staff in-store is also very knowledgeable and friendly and if they don't know they will find an answer for you within reason.

I just adopted an old dog and he need trust. Staff who bath my dog was very friendly and do understand what my boy wants.

Just left the grooming salon. I love this store but the grooming salon is horrible. The people who work in that department are very rude and unprofessional. I will never take my dogs here again. Don’t waste your time here. You will definitely be disappointed
