A diner experience, good food , pleasant staff, faster service and enough quantity to fill each person. Open space and so loud so everyone talking, less space between booths so felt sitting back to back. Over all great experience recommend to anyone. Lot of items in the menu to choose from. Here are some we had and we lived the food

No milkshakes, apparently. Ordered 4-piece chicken dinner, didn't receive a coleslaw, neither one of us. Couldn't ask about it, because the waitress dropped the food & took of immediately- never asking if we needed anything else. Ordered a nacho soup, it arrived at the same time with my food. Nacho soup was horrible. So, I just left it and ate the chicken - the only thing edible in this place. A little boy working there is nice & helpful. Valentina tried to fix a lot of issues the other waitresses caused. We watched 3 tables complain about ruined dining experiences, ruined birthdays, etc. The only way I could see this place thriving is because there is not a lot of competition in LaSalle, so people might end up going there due to no choices. We are never going back.

We have always enjoyed our meals from there. The service is very good. They are friendly and try their best. Some days they are crazy busy but still will rectify any mistakes.

Delicious! The portions are huge, the staff is friendly, and the prices are great! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Every single table was occupied yet the very busy waitress was still friendly and attentive

My son & I came in around 440pm to have dinner together. He was over the moon as it is rare that we get to have a special meal alone together to bond. We were seated promptly. There were only four other tables occupying the restaurant. My son & I waited for the server to come back so we could order our drinks and ask for a kid menu (my son is six). Ten minutes went by and we still were not acknowledged. A couple walked in and waited about five minutes to be seated. Once they were seated, their waters were given, orders were taken. My son & I waited patiently. We still did not have waters let alone have anyone acknowledge us. I finally stopped a server and asked her if we could have a children’s menu. She said that there weren’t any copies made & that they had the standard food such as hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken fingers and alfredo and then continued on before we could ask any further questions. Another ten minutes passed. We watched the original server dry cutlery while talking & laughing with a colleague. We ended up leaving & going to Joe Schmoes where we were greeted and served right away (and it was busy - now I know why). They even had kids menus with activities and a colouring contest. We had an amazing experience at Joe Schmoes and will definitely not be returning to Imperial with our family or friends again.

My 2nd visit today was great! The service was fast and the food was delicious. So many items on the menu that it's difficult to choose. I may have found my favorite place for lunch. It the same as the Michigan Diner with more room. You can pull tables together for large groups.

Everything is perfect! Chicken is super juicy but a litter bit bland. Service is good and friendly. Why I give 4stars is because waiting time too long and I found a hair on the homemade harsh brown. My husband thought is ok and understanding that (restaurant is always hard to avoid hair drop off on the dishes) and I can understand as well but I feel totally disgusting. Whatever, it’s worth to have a try!
