Nobody, cares about patients🤷‍♂️

They told me a totally wrong fact to make me go through a test that haven’t served after all. I call the director, he even wouldn’t let me have a interviewed with one of his doctor. I will request them to send me all informations about me and stop the relation with this »clinic ». I just needed some help.

Horrible. Even one star is not worth. Very very unkind abd arrogant doctors( they have only 2 emergency docs) and nurses. I almost cried. 5hours waiting. I don't know how they make the order, so many people who came later than me intercepted. And you should speak French, if not the doctor will educate you, saying "here in Lausanne, you should speak in French." I recommend you to go other ER if it is possible. Some left being angry after waiting several hours which vidy med don't care at all.i don't recommend you to go there.

Always a great experience going there, all the doctors are amazing, fast service! (a luxury that in ''Hopital de l'enfance du CHUV'' you can't have, since the take really extreme cases first, and you can wait hours and hours with a simple thing) in paediatric emergency room , competent doctors , respectful very sweet with children. They never are wrong , BRAVO!

Stress fracture on foot. Went to Morges hospital the day before and left after 4 hours of waiting. Came to vidymed today. In addition to the friendly and efficient staff. Diagnosed and out within an hour.

After 3 hours waiting time we stayed waiting with 2years old as a 4th patient in the queue. Nobody touched him to see what kind of injury he had. We went to the CHUV and he was immediately given priority and was immediately sent him on radiography. Was my first and the last visit in this hospital!

After 3 hours waiting together with 2 years old baby we were forwarded to the boulongerie for the sandwich. This doesn't happen anywhere to leave baby with an arm injury without giving priority, they even said it was a good idea going home and coming back tomorrow. That's absolutely shocking and makes me concerned about their service. I would never give good recommendation to their emergency care.

Shame of you!!!This is how you take care of children! One report from me! If you don't care about children, what kind of humanity do you have or what kind of clinic do you claim to be?

They will make you wait in line of hospital almost everyday for 5 hours.... nice way to work. If you call the clinic about ask prescription of medication that Dr sent u by mail!!! and basic explanation you will not get answer for "free" by phone but you will meet with rudeness. So where is medical help? I am not even talk about hyppocrat! No efficiency, no tests at 1 time.... cause you should come... again.... and again and again... essence of business Some doctors even blind by see the problem at 1st time. Diplomas are real? I got a lot of questions but no answers. Doctors changes fast in clinique.

Quite sad and distressing. My third visit and the wait is a minimum of 60 to 90 mins. Many people classify themselves as emergency and are ushered in even though their symptoms are not unlike yours.
