I highly recommend this beauty salon. Madame Elena and her team are very professional, explain the treatments and advise on the skin care routine. I am very satisfied with the facials, and the condition of my skin has improved thanks to their advice. The salon is very cosy and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The quality-price ratio is great. The team speak English. Small personal touches (reminders on appointments by email/SMS, a glass of water, free samples of products, etc.) are also appreciated.

I became a client about a year ago and highly recommend this institute for their personalize services and attention to details. On my first check-in, I had to fill out a medical form in which I mentioned that I had an autoimmune skin condition. The lady (I think the owner), upon reading my form, immediately suggested acupuncture as a side treatment, and gave me a reference for a therapist (who I still use today!) And, my regular beautician, Nelly, is extra ordinary as she advises, recommends, and follows my skin's progress. I (and my skin) feel good every time I visit.

This place has saved my skin. I suffer from a lot of dryness and started coming in for regular treatments with Alty. The skin care guidance and treatment she has given me has helped my skin immensely and is truly priceless. I am coming regularly now and my skin thanks me… come here and yours will too 😊

What an experience, just great! I really enjoy the great service (speak English, take jacket, offer drink, etc.). Elena and her team know what they are doing and are very professional. They explain very precisely the steps and why certain skin problems can arise. I have now finished the second treatment of peeling and dermastamp and I am very satisfied. Already during the first treatment I noticed a big improvement, but even more after the second! Very satisfied with the price-performance ratio

I’ve been a client of Elena since July 2013 and I'm aimed to continue taking face care procedures. The first result is seen immediately after first procedures; the skin acquires a health look and becomes less problematic after a periodically applied facial treatment. After one year I see a great improvement on the skin look. Elena is an excellent result-oriented specialist working on your beauty with professionalism, responsibility, and pleasure.

I would like to share my disappointment with Papillon de Beauté Institut! I have melasma and some acne dark spots, and on November 14 I started my treatment with Cosmelan with Papillon Institute. The treatment is very pricey it cost cost 1300CHF plus home care creams, and Cosmelan 2 for 290CHF. As of today I still have my melasma dark spots and acne spots still here, not changing on my skin. I followed all the steps recommend by the esthetician and I see no improvements on my skin. I do not recommend the Cosmelan treat made by this institute!
