Even if acupuncture has positive effects on my health, the quality of the care is very poor... We start the session with ten minutes of questions. Then, you are placed in a “box”. The doctor takes 2 minutes to break the needles and you remain in an uncomfortable position for 30 minutes. During this long time, you will have the pleasure of loudly hearing all the conversations of the patients as well as the doctors in the “boxes” next door (long live professional secrecy!). Afterwards, a charming assistant that you have never seen will come and remove your needles. In the end, unempathetic people and a steep bill!

The team is not very serious, I think they don't ask us enough questions and don't explain to us what they are doing. The follow-up is not adequate from my point of view because at the second session we are simply put in the "box" for a vague discussion with the acupuncturist (if she remembers who we are and what we had because mine personally had no memory of me, it's very reassuring...) and she puts the needles on us. She leaves and doesn't even come back to remove the needles themselves, it's the assistant who does it. I have the feeling of being in a factory, each person has their role and doesn't know the situation at all. I find it cold and impersonal. And above all EXPENSIVE! After two sessions so far no results...

I am very satisfied with my acupuncture sessions where I was able to ask very specific questions in complete confidentiality and confidence to a doctor who answered me precisely and clearly. I was pregnant at term +8 and I came in the hope that acupuncture could help me induce labor. Doctor Albane Thorn questioned me then listened carefully and met my expectations for this session. As a result, my baby arrived naturally 2 days later. The session was a beneficial moment of relaxation which allowed me to avoid being induced in the hospital!
