These guys are simply serious thieves. Not only do they dare charge 237.- (you read correctly two hundred and thirty seven Swiss francs) for 2 cakes. But they do it while being very impolite. A first. And definitely a last. Horrible service. Good cakes. Despicable prices. Terrible environment.

delicious pastries, good service, many local customers on Saturday morning

I used to live quite close to this chocolaterie and my family and I would go there on our way home. The outside terras is great for children. I loved sitting outside and watching the world go by. The service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and the chocolates are delicious. My wife always bought my birthday cake from them. Its only a one minute walk south of Georgette, so the next time you miss your bus or you have awhile to wait, now you know where you should go.

Expensive but chocolates were fabulous

Do you like chocolate? And/Or pastries? Great service? Then this is the place to be in Lausanne, if you also like high quality. The owners and their team are outstanding and caring professionals - and children are very welcome. Definitely a place to come back again and again.

This has to be one of the worlds best and historically interesting 'Confiseries' that exist. Even French presidents sent their private chauffeurs all the way to pick up a special box of chocolats.

I had a wonderful experience. Delicious chocolate, especially the Giscards. Coffee is great. Excellent service, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere!

Nice foods and service. The omelette and pate are the must. Their chocolate is very highly quality.
