Brand new branch , they relocated, helpful staff, the place is new & they have their own bar to serves Nespresso coffee, too bad they don’t serve food.

This is the nicest Nespresso I have ever visited. The atmosphere is clean and attractive. The service is impeccable. My server Ruben was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. He easily spoke to me in French, English (my native language), German, and Italian. Merci, Grazie, Danke, Thank you!

Great place, easy new system. But the staff, probably in their effort to be helpful, is too intrusive and indiscreet. It’s a smaller place but it’s almost like they make a point of asking customers really loud in front of everyone their name, address, birthday.. it’s really uncomfortable. Especially if your French is not as good plus you just want to choose your coffee, pay and leave. After today I’m tempted to just do my orders online.

Website not working. App in South Africa not up to standard, unable to connect to Barista as the app HAS NO MACHINE ICON!!! Seriously, how can this be allowed for such an expensive renowned brand??? No way to contact head office as everything directs back to SA.

Not that friendly staff today. Also doesn’t make sense why I was refused a coffee while I was waiting,when the person next to me was having one.

Great service and nice people who helped big time to find the perfect machine. Ended up with a vertuo pop and I’m very satisfied with it. My roommates and I really enjoy the double espressos with oat milk. Definitely coming back

Terrible service. Waited for 25 minutes in line to be told that they don’t look at machines on a Saturday, only sell capsules. We were told to leave the shop with no interest, help or advice about our broken nespresso machine.
