My girlfriend took a bubble tea there and the girl behind the counter was kind of weird. She didn't talk, didn't answer when we wished her a good day and the bubble tea had all the tapioca balls attached together which made the whole thing impossible to drink. I hope this was just an isolated mistake and that the rest of the tea is better than that...

Kony Bubble Tea in Lausanne is a must-visit spot for bubble tea enthusiasts. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome from the staff. The menu offers a wide variety of drinks, including both classic and specialty bubble teas. I decided to try the classic milk tea with tapioca pearls, and I was not disappointed. The tea was perfectly brewed and had just the right amount of sweetness. The tapioca pearls were chewy and delicious, adding a fun texture to the drink. What sets Kony Bubble Tea apart from other bubble tea shops is the attention to detail. The staff takes great care in crafting each drink, ensuring that the flavors are balanced and the presentation is beautiful. My drink was served in a clear cup, allowing me to see the layers of milk tea and tapioca pearls, which made for a beautiful and worthy photo. The atmosphere of the shop is cozy and inviting, with cute decor and plenty of seating. Whether you're looking for a place to study or catch up with friends, Kony Bubble Tea has you covered. Overall, I highly recommend Kony Bubble Tea in Lausanne. The quality of the drinks and the customer service make it a standout among other bubble tea shops. I can't wait to try more of their menu items in the future.

The best Taiwanese bubble tea in Laussane. The price is reasonable. The quality of boba and milk is absolutely amazing, however, for an Asian, I want more taste of tea.

Thai chai was yummy but the tapioca had no flavor and was slightly undercooked. If you go, I would suggest tea and jelly or popping boba, not tapioca pearls.

Kony is a franchise coming from Taiwan and it is indeed very authentic how they make their bubble tea. It is very tasteful with lots of choices for us. We ordered the new cool bubble tea which is brown sugar boba and we were not disappointed. Very highly recommended. Its worth to come back soon!!!

There are many milk tea flavors offered at this store but could be a hit or miss. They did not have the normal tapioca pearls so we had the brown sugar ones, which were overcooked and too soft, lacking chewiness. Perhaps it was a one-off but in terms of taste, we found that the black milk tea/brown sugar milk were the better ones for a basic bubble tea flavor. Not too bad of an option if you’re seriously craving for some!

7 CHF for a cup of sugar water. I can taste no matcha from this “matcha bubble tea”.

I m one of their regular customer. But there’s decline in quality. I bought black tea and soja today . I feel like I am drinking hot water, so some time over confidence overlooks quality. It’s time to change bubble tea shop.
