The best hair removal service of my life so far! Aliona was very careful, gentle, attentive, paying attention to every little detail! Little painful and very clean result. Plus the institute is open until late on Thursdays for people like me who work late and the manager seemed very friendly too! I highly recommend and thank you again!

J ai decouvert l institut avec le plus grand plaisir. L acceuil est chalereux, pedicure et manucure particulièrement soignées et le resultat est parfait. L'institut dispose de belles cabines et tout est fait pour que l on se détende au maximum. J ai hâte d'y retourner.

Très bon accueil, lieu cosy. Tout a été très bien expliqué et pris en charge malgré un " hic " bodypass. Esthéticienne qui aime son métier et prodigue de très bon conseils et explications. Un joli moment.

I went to this institute for waxing (epilation) on 21st of July. The lady, who was doing the waxing, was not doing it properly and taking longer than usual. After some time, another lady came in and started showing the previous lady how to do the waxing properly. I, then realized that the person who was initially doing it was a trainee (definitely not trained to do waxing). Finally, I had to request the other lady to finish the process as it was taking too long and I was getting late. I found it very unprofessional. At least, the customer should be asked before if she/he is willing to take the treatment from someone who is under training. I visited this institute last year for waxing and I was satisfied with the treatment. However, this time it was very disappointing.

Excellent service and beauty standards (mani, pedi, face treatment). It's been 3 years since I started coming to this salon and it is always a pleasure. Plus, significant benefits and discouts for regulars.Working with Viktoria for nails and Eline for face treatment. Highly recommended.
