Not answering his question, she insists by repeating HELLO even though she had already told him… I'm disappointed to hear that from him. Shopping galore.

A saleswoman refused to take a necklace back from me. When I ask where this is specified on the ticket she calls her colleague or manager, I don't really know, and the saleswoman in question, using chewing gum, replies, like a true cliché that she is, that "it's like that" and that I just had to find out first. I ask her what to do since I don't need this necklace and she tells me that it's not her problem.. Help, I'm ashamed of her answer.

Berska is located in the commercial district of Lausanne. Large selection of clothing, shoes, accessories. Accessibility without problems for people with reduced mobility. Preferably take public transport, metro nearby.

Very small and not so tidy

I like the clothes itself, but I suspect they have a “strategy”, that to place the hardest staff at the cabins, so we customers would only want to pick the clothes and to pay and leave right now, without wasting their cabin space and time.
