The food and service was excellent. The only thing to know is when sitting exterior the chairs are not so comfortable, if you are 3 or more persons there are some chairs without back support, sometimes while eating you get tired, otherwise everything was good.

Calamari was amazing Also the burger is great Very amazing bun and great ingredients of souce with burger that makes it great taste Also 🍟 Fries come along is good taste Over all you feel Lausanne live during week days if you visit this place at night I think weekend will be more active 😅 Again Amazing Calamari 👍

I used to love this place but last time that I was there I went through one of the worst experience in my entire life. The owner were super rude with me and my family simply because we asked if we could wait 10 min for the happy hour time. The reason why I don’t recommend this place is because I believe that no one should treat any other person like that, specially a customer. People will remember you for how you made them feel, so I value kindness and respect in the way I engage with people, and the way we were treated by the owner this day was far away from it.

Amazing spot for beers , burgers and drinks. Even late at night. And the staff is really nice !

Great place by the lake to hang out and have a couple of beers. I tried the vegetarian burger and it was great. The service was excellent and the ambience was pleasant. They have good collection of beer as well.

I only recently discovered the White Horse, but it has become a favorite of ours. The happy hour drinks are just about the best deal in Lausanne! The food we've tried so far has been really good (with the exception of the nachos... they use a "flavored" tortilla chip instead of plain and it's definitely not for me). They have a great atmosphere and it's my go-to place for a nice game of darts with my girl. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area!

One of the best spots for a drink and some pub food in Switzerland. Great selection of beers on tap as well as a cider, Guinness was tasting fresh. The service is always friendly and the burger I had was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated that they have the option of sweet potato fries which were crispy and not soggy at all. Highly recommend for drinks, watching sports or grabbing a casual bite to eat.

I was there for a drink and it became my spot. The cocktails without alcohol are one of the best I ever try since I’m in Switzerland. And the burgers amazing.very friendly staff. My friend choose the Mix. There is also kids menus.

Very cute pub in Ouchy! I tried the white horse burger, delicious! There are huge TVs for football matches and more! Highly recommended! Very friendly staff!

Essen ist eine 10/10. Ambiente ist auch top. Wie eine klassische Sportsbar mit Fußball und Tennis. Aber der Service… in der Happy Hour wurden wir 1x bedient. In einer ganzen Stunde! Das geht so nicht. Wir haben 30min auf die Rechnung gewartet, weil niemand mehr gekommen ist. Positiv: der Hund hat Wasser bekommen :)

Sehr Professioneller Service. Zu dem Zeitpunkt war die Fritteuse kaputt und somit der vegetarische Burger nicht verfügbar. Dennoch hat die Kellnerin nach einer Lösung für einen Ersatz gefunden und es professionell gehandhabt. Vielen Dank! :)

I don’t know how this place gets such high scores. The hamburger was cooked like leather and had a strange taste, the lamb shank was tasteless, tough and served with boxed pasta. The salmon “ steak” was a thin piece of salmon fillet. My one friend did like the fish and chips but that was the highlight. We had a variety of servers and none really checked on us after the food was served. It’s more bar/pub with typical bar food, not a restaurant.

Go only if you’re prepared to have the manager / main bar tender roll his eyes at you, raise his voice if you take a few seconds too long to decide if you want another round, and make sure it’s not ordered in the last five mins of happy hour unless you want a lecture and to be refused your order. Oh, and if you go as two people and sit at a table for four, two others (not three, not one - TWO) more better show up. Otherwise you have to move tables. And god forbid a few extra friends come join. For being a “sports pub” - definitely rigid and unpleasant and this guy alone makes it so.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN LAUSANNE!! Me and my family were treated very badly! The owner was very unkind and made us feel very uncomfortable. And about the food, there is nothing special there. More respect to your clients.. that’s rule number 1! As the owner you should have learnt it before..

The burgers were incredible and so were the beers. We ordered a mix of brews and cocktails since there is a half-price happy hour that seems popular with the locals.
