Horrible service. The personnel treated us rather rudely. When faced with the complaint, the owner doubled down on the rudeness. We sat down on a table with no reservation for drinks, with one of us having problem on the knee. Tge waitress angrily asked us to leave. We explained our situation in English and in French but we were ignored.

Really unpleasant barmen, take me too way long to wait, acting like I don’t exist. Man, is this the wine you translate?

Nice location and crowd, and the food & drinks were okay. That said, the personnel turned incredibly arrogant the moment they realized we were not French native speakers and inquired about food allergens, although we were very quick and clear about it. It was clearly apparent that they immediately categorized us as "complicated customers". First, we waited 15 min in vain to get shown to a table. Then another 25 min to place our order. Finally, another 20 min to get our food, while others that arrived before us already finished their meals. Minus four stars for the poor service and closed-mindedness.

The burger was almost ok, but the french fries had the taste of old oil... The worse was this disgusting fish sauce on the salad. We weren't able to eat more than a piece... Hopefully, we asked for reimbursement because of the poor quality which they agreed... Thanks to the waitress for her explanation and patience.

Food and drinks were good, nice ambiance. Staff very friendly and kind to help!

I did not like their behavior at all. I went there to drink something and they did not let me sit in the shade. They told me if you want to drink something you have to sit in the sun while I was with my dog and it was too hot. Considering that there were a lot of empty tables!

A fantasy place. But chairs are not comfy so you probably won't stay very long. Also, if you order burger and want it medium just order well done so that it's medium. The staff was very nice though.

A nice bar - restaurant near Sevélin Aera. The meal card is full of different good meal like spare ribs, hamburgers and cheeseburgers or plenty composed salad. There is a daily and weekly meal card which is a very good idea for the workers around!The cheeseburgers and the steaks are incredibly good. However, there is a real problem with the delivery time of their take away service... They must increase their kitchen crew because there is often a 15-20 minutes delay :( But It's a very nice place to eat even with this little problem. Just try :)
