Very unpleasant experience. Rude waiters. We arrived in a group of 4 and had to wait for over 40 minutes before getting the menu. The waiter was very rude and unprofessional. The food was very expensive (even for the standards in Lausanne) and the portions very small. We paid 24.- for a small burger and a tiny portion of fries. Cocktails and drinks expensive as well. Strongly not recommended.

Went to dinner last night with an enormous group and the food was ideal to accompany with their cold beer. The service was amazing, especially considering our huge group! I highly suggest the flatbreads... especially those with bacon!

Very nice place! It was conveniently located near our hotel so we dined there four times during the week. Obviously, we tried many options from the menu and none of them disappointed us!

Bad experience last saturday. What happened is that I ordered the classic fish n chips and was a whole disaster. First I was served chicken instead of fish,I asked to change the chicken for the fish. Then I was served a raw fish filet. I asked the waiteress (she was kind and visually overwhelmed with everything) if was possible to fry the fish again. Then I was served the fish filet in several pieces and was missing a big chunk of the fish filet. I decided to eat because I was getting too frustrated with the whole situation. From the moment that I’ve ordered til the moment that I could eat it has passed almost 2hours. My group of friends where not so impressed by how everything was handled. Very disappointing.

It was a blast as usual, I highly recommend this place especially if you want a friendly bar to go out with friends ! Ask for Max for the best service !!!

I walked in and greeted the staff member (Max) with a smile. He doesn’t even look at me and walks away. Then comes back 2 minutes later to take my order and gives me the feeling that I‘m an idiot for ordering at the bar instead of ordering at the table. Ok, it‘s my first time here… All that I could maybe forgive if the beers weren’t absolutely horrifying. I‘m a certified beer sommelière and serving beers like this should be a crime: some beers have an off flavour, some obviously contain additives. One beer clearly didn’t feement long enough, and the so called „fruited“ beer is simply a Panaché (beer with Sprite). Ridiculous! Avoid this place if you‘re into beer. The interior design is ok. I could live without the sticky tables, though…

Waiters either don't or don't want to speak english. Although otherwise were friendly and attentive. Food was good. Wheat beer was either somewhat turned sour or I didn't understand something, as it's brewed on the spot and possibly that's the taste to be. P.s. ordered same beer at "Les Brasseurs" in Geneve - no sourness at all, even some sweet notes. Obviously in Lausanne the beer was tainted. Sad.

Rundum ein gelungener Halt. Der Service schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Essen sehr lecker. Ob Cesar Salad oder Tarta der Bouef. Einfach lecker lecker... Unbedingt die kühlen Blonden testen. Ob fruchtig oder dark. 🍺👍🍺

Cozy atmosphere. Excellent, home made hot chocolate! It's so thick you can drink it with a spoon. The whipped cream was rich and perfect. The hot apple juice was delightful as well (for the dairy-free in our group). Not "non-stop" for food, but they do offer pastries if you need a snack when the kitchen is closed. Friendly, welcoming service.

Great home made beer in a traditional and well decorated house. Ideal for gatherings with friends/family. The ‚pizzas‘ are also perfect for sharing and very tasty 🙃

One of the cheapest place to eat and drink a bier in Lausanne, but the quality is pretty high. And the service is always friendly. Definitely recommended!

We had a goat cheese salad and a spare ribs and both were great. The beer was outstanding, as always.

Lovely place to hang out with. Tried every beer they have. If you go there with your friends, take a seat at the bar maybe. The staff is really cool. I don't speak French, only Little bit. But the bar tenders were really did their best to converse. Just visit this lovely place in Lausanne.

Best place to try flammekueche at a reasonable price in Switzerland. They also serve good beer. Their other food are not on my recommendation list. Just a note it’s also perhaps good to avoid their seafood flammekueche as it may get tricky if it’s not super fresh.

Yummmmy, it's all I can say... I love the place, the staff is very friendly and professional, with yummy food and "sample" beer... It is located in the heart of Lausanne with easy access to the train station, market and lots of shops around.
