Came here a few times while I was in town. Beer is excellent! And, I did NOT know what mitraillette was or meant, I expected a small sandwich (and wondered why a sandwich was more expensive than a whole veggie burger) and was very surprised to receive a huge meal that was absolutely delicious! Belgian friends tell me it's authentic and popular back home 😍

Nice range of Belgian beers with good food. Hard drinks and cocktails are also available; will try on next visit. Nice place to hang out, whether you are alone or in a group. Less crowded during daytime and weekends, more crowded during the evenings. The cafe is located in the center of the city, close to riponne metro station/ bel air bus stop and next to a big shopping area.

Last time I came here we stumbled upon it by mistake - it’s right next to the train station. This time when I came to Lausanne I made it a point to visit. I don’t about know anything else on their menu because I had been craving Mussels (moules) and let me tell you they were spot on! The fries were hot and fresh also! Will come back. Might still not try anything else but just gorge on 1kg of fantastic mussels!

Visiting from America. I haven't tried the food, though it looks appetizing. My server is friendly and remembered my drink. My go to spot in Lausanne.

The food was amaaazing. It's a very cozy, fun place with very sweet, motivated staff and lots of beers to try. After seeing the brunch menu I will for sure return very soon. A really lovely, special spot in Lausanne.

My new favorite place in Lausanne. Extensive beer menu with pictures. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of beer. I loved the Mitraillette (the small one is already a substantial amount of food). The fries are of good quality. All in all it's an authentic belgian bar.
