Lovely
location!
Peruvian
food
is
a
rarity,
so
we
were
very
excited
to
try
it.
The
prices
seemed
a
little
steep,
but
it's
Lausanne
right
by
the
water
so
it's
to
be
expected.
Food
presentation
was
excellent,
the
wine
menu
and
the
cocktails
were
extensive
and
fabulous.
There
was
only
one
dish
that
was
vegetarian,
but
since
fish
is
the
main
staple,
this
wasn't
surprising.
They
offer
different
kinds
of
ceviche
and
fish
dishes.
The
manioc
fries
were
highly
interesting
and
tasty.
We
didn't
get
dessert
because
we
had
waited
a
long
time
for
our
order,
so
opted
for
a
night
cap
instead.
I'm
giving
four
of
five
stars
for
a
few
reasons.
First,
was
we
had
asked
for
a
second
serving
of
fries...and
ended
up
waiting
almost
45
min
for
them
to
bring
the
wrong
order.
Perhaps
this
is
an
anomaly
and
it
was
a
busy
night.
Secondly,
since
smoking
is
allowed
in
the
outdoor
seating,
it
was
unpleasant
at
times.
We
noticed
that
none
of
the
staff
wore
masks
despite
the
place
being
rather
full,
it
was
a
little
uncomfortable.
The
waiter
was
relatively
attentive,
and
tried
his
best.
Either
the
kitchen
was
unorganized,
orders
got
lost,
or
they
were
understaffed.
Perhaps
it's
not
always
like
this,
but
for
the
prices
and
location
I
would
have
expected
a
bit
more
professionalism.
Maybe
next
time.
