We had a very comfortable and clean room, the check-in was smooth and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a nice cold beer outside after a long day's travel.

A nice little hotel, great for business workers. The rooms are comfortable although they show signs of aging.

Poor value for money... Hotel is old style with carpets that are old & smell bad... Paid CHF290 for triple room with an old sofa bed as 3rd bed... Coffee machine not working & traffic noise from street very loud at night so could not sleep... For the high cost of a room I expected better facility...

A stunning location, but you really do need to pay the extra for a high level lake view room if you can; well worth the additional expense. A beautiful hotel in the traditional city style. My room was a little 'tired', but then I prefer new and contemporary styling. This room was clean, had everything I needed and decor/furnishings, whilst tired, added to the quaintness of the experience. Service was exceptional in all areas of the hotel, especially bar, reception and breakfast (which was delicious). Highly recommended with lake view.

Perfect location with amazing view on the top floor, parking makes life easier and staff is super helpful and friendly.

The hotel has the charm of the 80’s which i like! Everything works well, maintained well and has professional Swiss standards. Bed is very comfy and a small table in the room was perfect for me to get some work done. Located in the residential area so it’s quiet at night and the view of the lake was wonderful. Breakfast was also good and sufficient. It is slightly away from the center but there’s a bus stop close by so worked out perfect for me.

Fantastic small hotel just 10 minutes away from the lake and about 15 minutes to the main station. Super friendly staff, great choice of breakfast, and nice view onto the lake. Directly at bus line 25. Sauna and Hamas are included and super nice, just small (comfortable for 2-3 people). Restaurants are within walking distance and just across the street there is an Indian place with great food. Highly recommandable overall!

Lovely hotel in great location with fantastic views over the lake. Kamal was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A lovely touch was the bottle of water on checkout.

Lovely friendly hotel, great breakfast, comfy, near the lake (swimming if weather nice), 15 - 20 min walk to train station, easy bus ride to town centre. At their prices, what more can you ask for?

Wonderful corner room with magnificient lake view and large bathroom at regular price! We got this upgrade because we stayed for 10 days. Staff is very friendly. Location is perfect with public transportation just at the front door. Like all other Lausanne's hotel, as a guest you get a free bus and metro open ticket for your whole stay all around the city, this is a very smart way to visit around. However, connecting to wifi is an every day problem : autoconnect doesn't work. Every time you go out, you must "Forget" the hotel wifi and then connect again, introduce the username and the password. This may take many attempts to finally succeed , all this is really boring and feels really oudated. Another problem is that the room facilities listed an "Electric kettle", but what you get is a non standard capsule coffee machine. 2 capsules are offered and you can get others at the price of CHF 1 per piece wich makes 1€ these days. Worse, if you want to have a tea you must get hot water through the coffee machine which gives you a coffee flavored herbal tea 🤢

We really enjoyed our stay here, it’s very reasonable priced for where it is. The staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. Check in was very efficient. The place is very clean and so are the rooms. Our room was a nice size, although, I would have liked more options but it wasn't a big issue. I would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Lausanne.

The hotel is nicely located. The room for 2adults and a child is relatively specious for an old city hotel. It is overall unispiring, not super clean and in overall need of renovation. In regards to breakfast there is a very nice Boulangerie only a few meters further down where u can enjoy a nice breakfast.

Nice hotel with a view over Lac Leman in a quite and sunny neighborhood close to the lake. Rooms are not very spacious, but they are clean, and mine had a very nice view to the south, the lake and the French Alps. Breakfast is a bit essential, without an extended choice of food, but the breakfast room is pleasant and quiet. Bed was ok.

I was there for a business trip. The rooms were very spacious, with a nice view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is located around a 15 minutes walk from the center and the train station. Also around a 5 minutes walk to the lake.

Very good hotel, nice rooms and very friendly staff.
