I called to make a reservation and all was going well (the lady who answered had asked for time and number of people) until at the end I mentioned that I would like to use the Cle Vaudoise (a discount card which should be accepted in this restaurant). Suddenly she said they were full and hang up the phone on me.

It used to be wonderful but the prices and the policies have unfortunately changed. For sure it must be because of some customer abuses but now it's not interesting anymore I think and it's a pity for customers like me that were doing faire use of the at will plates. The food is still good and of good quality but... -It starts then from 34chf for a chicken fondue of 250gr... which is a little bit expensive. -You cannot order a 250gr plate at the same table of someone who ordered the at will plate. No more trust I guess :( -From these prices and constraints, every extra (fries 3 to 7CHF, tap water, 5dl at 4CHF) is added on the bill.

At 1:25 pm I ordered a fondue for two. They said they could not serve it because the kitchen would close at 2:00 pm and the restaurant at 2:30 pm. The restaurant was almost empty. It would take the restaurant over 35 minutes to make a fondue?

Very good restaurant with plenty choices of Fondue. Could be noisy if full. Booking is highly recommend during weekends.

Meat is very good with the fondue "Trois Tonneaux". Waiters à pretty cold but efficient

Best meat in Lausanne... All you can eat fondue with meat... It s awesome !

Cheese Fondue for vegetarians! Try the Nougat dessert as well. It is good.

THE place to be if you want a fondue "bourguignonne" which is meat you cook in hot oil, a fondue "vigneronne" which is meat you cook in hot red wine or even "bressane" which is chicken nuggets you make yourself and then cook in hot oil. If you love meat, come here. You won't be disapointed!
