The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views. However, it's unfortunate that the staff, service, food quantities and prices do not match with the excellence of the place. There for lunch, it took 45 min before our 5 people table was served and people who had arrived after us were served before, while there were only 4-5 tables to be served at that time. When bringing this to the waiter's attention, there was no excuses, not a nice gesture, no caring, but mocking! There' s a section "petite faim" in the menu which are actually tremendous salads. No one could eat it up. I was starving, so I ordered a Burrata Pugliese as main course and funnily this is not under the petite faim section. 4 tiny mini pieces of Burrata with a slice of pepper plant under each burratiny😂. Don't take it, it's not even spiced up and absolutely not worth CHF 31.50. Again raised this and no consideration at all from the restaurant. Too bad, the place is just so good. Let's wait for the next owner who will hopefully handle this place with the professionalism it deserves.

All that remains from a once excellent restaurant is the view from the terrace and the old menu, the latter getting dirty. Quality of the food is below any standard, vegetables and pasta drowned in oil, no taste, the former undercooked, the later overdone, the carbonara contained big chunks of omelette, the cook obviously has not the faintest idea of how it should be done. Service rather unprofessional, waiter mixed up daiquiri and margarita. To really finish the dinner in disaster, we could watch one of the waiters putting back the rests of the peanuts from another table to the big container, ready to be served to next day's consumers. This place should be locked !

Located on lac leman, this is a gem of a place. Food was excellent - small portions though. The staff and owner are very frie dly. Recommend!

I have visited the Castle in the summer and the winter. Both provide a feeling of what it would have been like. The castle is very fascinating. To get the most out of it, I would use all available resources: headset with audio, reference posters in each room, and the audio stationed in various rooms. There are no people inside but the people at the gate are very informative.

We have visited this place for lunch with friends. The location is great, just by the lake with an amazing view to the French Alps. Outside but also inside seating available. Since the weather was nice we have decided to have a seat outside. The restaurant is clean however the washrooms were definitely not what you might want to have as a customer. They need a make over for sure. The food was delicious and the value for money was okay. However since the guys did not speak very well English we had a bit difficulties in communicating. Overall rating is definitely positive.

Had a business dinner here with over 30 persons, service was impeccable, food was great and overall the atmosphere excellent!

Amazing location and friendly service. The wine selection is great, the food was okay. I think the best part is literally the terrace on the lake, which is perfect for summer.

The service was very good, our server was patient with our limited French. The food was also good and got to us very fast. The only problem was that they must have playing music with a non premium Spotify account or similar, because there were loud ads in between the songs, which ruined the mood.

Had a group event here. The staff was very nice, accomodating, and attentive. The bar was also well equipped. Food was satisfactory, although not outstanding. The bathrooms were really odd, seemingly more like a public bathroom in a park rather than in a restaurant. It was winter, so no idea about the terrasse.

Good food and decent atmosphere. Service was good too. Problem is the price to overall offering ratio is a little lacking. But not a bad lakeside option for a nice dinner at all.

Had a business lunch with a modestly big group of colleagues. As it was not my first time at this restaurant this is the first time I'm posting about it is a fantastic place with extremely accommodating manager of the place who did a step beyond to make us feel welcomed and cozy. Waitress as well great and fast. Food was fantastic from the starter to main dish closing with desert - just fantastic. Day was very cold and cloudy but the view and the terrace they have is perfect setting for a warm spring or summer days. Highly recommended and planning to take my family there soon.

Decent but not outstanding restaurant with an incredible view. The food is good but not excellent but the view of the lake on the summer or spring day is amazing. On Sunday they are open but do not serve a full food menu. We'll worth a trip in the afternoon or evening for the view alone, an excellent place to take visitors to show the beauty of the region.

This is an awesome place to have Italian food in summer with a great terrace by the lake. However the inside restaurant is rather cold and not very welcoming. The food is really good and the staff usually friendly. This is also a nice spot to meet up with friends and colleagues after work

Feeling a little confused by the restaurant. Lovely setting, the food was good and the servings are generous - starter and main course are enough The only downside is that we got served blue bread,, mine and a friend's. The first waiter was like "and so what?" The second waiter was profusely apologetic and said they could replace the meals. He did offer us free dessert and coffee but I can't eat dessert due to an intolerance so for me personally it didn't help. My friends also weren't hungry so we asked for a discount but they said they couldn't do this. So we had a couple of dessertd which my friends said were good. They also gave us the leftovers in doggy bags. Would I go back? Probably yes but only if I don't see any other reviews with similar problems.

The view is unbelievable. The coffee is delicious. The prices are above average.
