Worst place a haven too in years. Firstly of the waitor was arrogant and unfriendly. Secondly the food took 1,5 hours arrive. Thirdly to food was virtually tasteless.

One server was the rudest for no reason! I just asked whether he recommended something and he went crazy! Saying that “you’re asking me?! What do you want? Don’t ask me what do I like!” Don’t bother going unless you want to get yelled at by a crazy/indecent person!

5.5 francs for a double espresso (nespresso pod) 5 francs for a “hot chocolate” which is just an instant packet of kids chocolate powder, we expected it to be real chocolate as we are in Switzerland... also no wifi... Much to improve on... nice location though

Not really surprised when I read all the bad reviews. I can understand that prices are higher because of the location, on the Ouchy Port but communication and politeness are not their main ingredients. They are not very friendly and customer oriented. You cannot own a bar and talk to people as if they were bothering you. Sad because location is very nice. It was my very first but also the last time ;)

Mediocre food, horrible service. We been waiting more than 20' to have the waiter take our orders, we were not treated like guests but rather arrogant. We then waited another 30' for our sandwich. Bottom line, go somewhere else.

We have ordered 2 cafe but the bill come with 3 cafe!! I have asked over it they answered that they are not stealing and they haven't give me the money back!!!

Service was the worst, waited for hours. Didn't receive what we ordered. Received the first drink after 40 minutes and had to wait for another 15 minutes before my friend got hers (ordered at the same time as mine). And I don't even want to get started with the food order. Will never come back here again.

Restaurant in a very good location. It could be a lot more as the food is pretty good, but the service is very poor. There were 5 of us, we asked for a table, they replied in a rude way of waiting. Once seated, we had to call 3 waiters to have one of them arrive.

Good cafe with friendly efficient service. Coffee was perfect. They offered protection to everyone when a hail storm attacked.

I often came here to drank and eat. Their service is bad. Mostly Rude attitude.

Worst service. We waited 40minutes and no sign of our food. We asked and they kept telling us it was coming and it never did so we left very hungry and unimpressed. Give this place a miss.

Eat here this evening, same server as on Tuesday when we drank coffee here. Very friendly waiter and delicious food with came very fast. Very nice location near the lake.

Very very very slow service. A day on the lake then time for a beer. Very slow service, maybe understaffed? Beer was cool and refreshing though.

Terrible restaurant. Worse service I have ever had in the 10 years I have lived in Switzerland. We waited for 20 minutes to get drinks and a waiter. After I politely asked at the bar for some drinks, I was asked to leave. So, if you're in Lausanne to beg for overpriced watered-down drinks, this establishment is your place. Otherwise, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I love to visit this atypical place, have a delicious banmi and enjoy the lakeside. Apparently, some people love this place and some people hate it, so I guess you can try out by yourself ^^

Delicious location, very friendly staff, great view

Having an experience that I would not want to repeat again in this place. We are 5 (Non caucasian and not 100% French speaker) and would like to sit at the table on the terrace, the waiter said that it's only for dine in not for drink. But a lot of caucasian people sitting in the table terrace only with drinks without food. Once we speak in English, the server starts to lower his service and hospitality until the lowest to us compared to French speaking and Caucasian guests. Not recommended for non caucasian and non French speaking guests.
