I'm
going
to
share
my
experience
with
all
of
you.
I
was
traveling
from
Germany
to
Lausanne
by
train
all
day.
The
train
had
a
delay
of
approx.
2
hours.
I
received
an
email
from
the
hotel
saying
I
should
do
the
check
in
between
15h
and
23h.
Because
of
the
train
delay
I
was
worried
about
what
would
happen
if
I
arrive
after
23h,
so
I
emailed
them
and
they
said
no
problem
I
can
do
the
check-in
in
the
hotel
'next
door'.
FYI,
I
already
did
an
online
check-in
and
I
paid
the
fees
in
advance
online.
I
arrived
at
the
hotel
door
at
exactly
22:34,
I
was
paying
for
the
taxi
and
the
receptionist
just
closed
the
door
and
left.
I
had
2
suitcases,
I
had
a
long
day
of
travel
and
I
received
no
empathy.
On
the
door,
there
was
a
note
saying
that
the
check-in
closes
at
22:30,
and
if
I
arrive
after
I
should
go
to
the
hotel
'next
door',
well
surprise
the
hotel
isn't
next
door
but
down
the
street
and
it
was
a
hill
like
street
and
I
wasn't
informed
about
the
change
in
time
(from
23h
to
22:30h).
So
I
went
with
my
luggage
to
the
other
hotel
they
gave
me
the
keys
and
I
went
back
to
the
original
hotel.
I
managed
to
open
the
hotel
door,
once
I
arrived
at
my
room
the
door
wouldn't
open.
So
....
I
went
back
and
they
fixed
the
problem.
Other
than
the
above
I
can
say
that
the
room
was
good
I
liked
it,
It
was
very
well
equipped
and
the
location
of
the
hotel
was
awesome.
